I love this place and love the special coffee beans only available in this hotel.

Rooms have a nice old world charm. Dinner (we had the French one) was very good. Soup, fish, palate cleanser, steak, and dessert were all tasty and fresh. Wine selection could have been a bit better but wasn't bad at all. Onsen is nice: they have the public onsen and private rooms. Each room is different, so try to get the one at the end of the corridor (it has an open air section) if you can. Otherwise the public onsen is really great too. A slightly long walk to the ropeway station up to Asahidake for my kid. But loved it overall!

The concierge service was excellent. Despite her difficulty in expressing her help in English, she went out of her way to answer our queries, as well as working with kitchen to prepare a nice dinner for us despite us not having pre-ordered any. There is also free ramen for supper from 10pm-1030pm at night for guests who feel hungry. And the best part was the mountain view being extremely beautiful.

Located beside the Asahidake Camp bus stop. Lack of food options nearby at night so take the Dinner option if required. Dinner provided was decent. Onsen was comfortable. Slight sulfuric smell in the room when using the heater.

The scenery is very beautiful. We booked a shuttle bus to and from Asahikawa Station by email. There is no cleaning service during the stay. They will put the changed bath towels, toilet paper, yukata, snacks, etc. at the door every day. The breakfast and dinner are very rich. The Japanese dinner has barbecue. Due to the heavy smoke, the restaurant has no exhaust facilities. People who eat there will smell of smoke. I hope this can be improved in the future. The hot spring is good. It continues the tradition of the Dormy Inn Group. Both indoor and outdoor areas are very clean. You can also steam sauna.

The hotel charges without standard. Two adults and one child booked a deluxe triple room and were told that they would be charged 29,500 yen. If you don't book the hotel restaurant in advance, there will be no food in the hotel at night. The service attitude was good, but not very service-oriented.

The hotel's free shuttle bus can pick up and drop off at Asahikawa Station, which is convenient and comfortable, but remember to make an appointment in advance. The hotel has a holiday feel. You can see the snowy mountains when you open the curtains in the morning. The hot spring also has an outdoor area. Compared with other hotels in the surrounding area, this hotel may have the most compatriots from the motherland. The woods around the hotel are very suitable for walking. This is simply the quietest place I have ever been to in my life. You can really hear the sound of snow falling.

Hotel transportation: There is a shuttle bus from downtown Asahikawa every day. I sent an email to the hotel but it didn't respond. I contacted Ctrip and made an appointment. Hotel facilities: It feels like a retro French wooden house castle, but it is very clean and the hot spring is perfect. Hotel meals: There are French and Japanese food to choose from. I personally prefer Japanese food. If you like the sense of ceremony, you can choose French food. The taste is online. The breakfast buffet is really great.

The hotel is very good, but Ctrip delayed me😡. I called Ctrip when I was in China to help me book the hotel's free bus pick-up. Ctrip's reply was that they would pick me up at the north exit of Asahikawa JR Station at 14:00. I arrived at the north exit according to the information and started waiting from 13:45. I didn't see the bus until 14:15. I asked the staff and was told that I was waiting at the wrong place and the last bus had already left. In the end, I paid more than 13,000 yen for a taxi to get to the hotel. I hope Ctrip can improve the business capabilities of its staff.

I booked this hotel after watching a video by travel blogger Xiao Chai. I was quite disappointed after checking in. The hotel facilities are very old, but fortunately they are relatively clean. Although the hotel has been providing food and drinks, the quality is relatively poor. If I were to give a rating to the Western food for dinner, I would probably give it two points. The quantity was small and I couldn't eat enough. It was really unpalatable. Only the last roast beef was okay. The food provided for breakfast was not very good either. The seafood was all frozen and thawed. I have never eaten such unfresh fruits in China. The blueberries have gone bad and rotten. The tea and wine provided for afternoon tea are of average quality. Ordinary people can probably accept it, but gourmets cannot accept this quality of food. 

Although the hotel room facilities are relatively old, they are very clean. The room was cleaned by an old man and an old woman, who cleaned very carefully and kindly. The service of the whole hotel is very good, and the front desk and restaurant staff are very polite. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. The hotel does not provide lunch service. If you want to have lunch, go to the second floor of the Asahidake University Mountain Cable Car Center, which is about 8-10 minutes' walk. There are ramen, curry rice, and fried dumplings, which are very good. The only regret of this stay is that the hotel only has one superior suite, but the bathroom sewer of this room type has a very serious smell. The hotel staff also actively repaired it, but the effect was minimal because there was only one room to change.
