I booked a room with one bed, two meals and an open-air bath (think it is semi-open-air?). The room is a traditional tatami room with two beds. The room is very large and comfortable. Another thing to note is that I rented a car and drove there. This villa is across the street from the main hotel of Shihuahai, but it is not very noticeable.
