I really enjoy my experience there. I don’t think there’s anything exceptional however, that’s just the way I feel.

I haven't been to Heshan for a long time. This time I came to Heshan to visit relatives. I saw the comments saying that this hotel is in Xinhua City and has good reviews, so I came to experience it. This time I chose a large bed audio-visual room. There are a few points to reflect. The projection is really rubbish. It is not bright enough and very unclear. You can only see it if you close the curtains and dim all the lights. It has to be as dark as a movie theater to watch TV. The second point is: I want to get two more pillows. The waiter made many excuses and said that there are no pillows. Such a big hotel doesn't even have two pillows. He also gave me two towels. At noon, I told the front desk about it. He said it was no problem and he said he would arrange it. Of course, it was not delivered in the end. It was completely perfunctory. It was completely perfunctory. At night, I had to ask for it for the third time and changed shifts before it was delivered. Didn't they say there were no pillows in the morning? The third point is also the most important one. Such a modern hotel toilet is so easy to clog. I have traveled to so many places, but this is the first time I have encountered this situation in a hotel. It makes the stay experience very bad. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel at all. On the day of check-out, the temperature was about 30 degrees in the afternoon. The hotel lobby didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The air was very stagnant and very hot. Overall, this hotel is completely unacceptable.

The hotel design is beautiful, the room is large, and there is a bathtub, but it's strange that the bedding is well selected, but the mattress is very bad. I don't know what the boss thinks. People like me who travel a lot are most concerned about bed and breakfast, and both are not up to standard.

This service was really good. If you like reading, you can also sit and read. ② The elevator requires a room card to reach the floor where I live. This can prevent some idle people from coming in, and it is also good not to be disturbed. ③ Because I stayed with my girlfriend, I must have a big bed room. The 2.4-meter bed was really big. I just saw that this room was called the projection room and a movie membership was opened, so I came to experience it this time. ④ When I entered the room, the current hotels are very smart. The room is equipped with "Xiaodu Xiaodu". If you can control it with your mouth, you don't have to operate it with your hands. It's the love of lazy people, haha. The room decoration is also very modern, suitable for our couple to stay, very clean. ⑤This 2.4-meter big bed is really nice. The hardness of the bed is just right for the two of us.
