Heshan QuanZhi Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious and well-lit lobby, combined with soft lighting, created a relaxing ambiance. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allowed plenty of natural light to fill the room. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The indoor pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant and a bar, providing guests with plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were efficient in checking me in, and the housekeeping staff were attentive to detail. While the breakfast selection was not extensive, the quality was good. There were various types of bread, fresh fruits, salads, and made-to-order noodles, catering to different tastes. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Additionally, the hotel's parking lot can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, Heshan QuanZhi Hotel is a great hotel. The comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Heshan.

Obviously chose a free room upgrade, and arranged a tail room to request replacement after going to the front desk. I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows. But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard.
