Room was upgrade on that day. It’s spacious and full equipped with heater, electric blanket. We cannot speak local language at all the owner helped us every  things. He is very kind and very good service mind. It’s warm welcome like home. Location is very close to Dagu glacier tourist center.

This is a perfect retreat, featuring modern, beautifully designed furniture. The owner is exceptionally friendly and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend staying here — I absolutely loved my experience. Highly recommended :)

It is a hotel that offers great value for the price. The male staff, who may be the owner, helped carry the bags even though there is no elevator, and the breakfast is very delicious.

The location is near dagu glacier and you can relax and chill at the hotel after a day of walking. The rooms are huge and there is an area for us (Group of friends) to chitchat and chill! The bed and the room are all heated and you will feel very cozy and warm even though it is super cold outside. You do not have to fret about food. They have hotpot dinner to warm your tummy and is super yummy! The breakfast was awesome too with porridge and a variety of baos. We had a great breakfast before continuing our journey. The laobanniang was very sweet and nice too as they kept ensuring that we are all good and even help us to carry our luggages to 2nd floor. We really recommend the stay if you come over to the area!

Such a huge room with nice decorations, owner really friendly, good take care, breakfast not much menu but great taste. Also good location just around 8 mins to Dagu Glacier

The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a comfortable bed and good-quality linens. It had all the necessary amenities.Overall, the staff were courteous and attentive.

Very big and specious room.  The host is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is home cook meal , so it is very authentic

I can say that this is the best hotel in China. Very nice and warm welcome from the owner and staff. Nice decoration. Care for every little thing like ears plug etc. don’t know how to say million thanks for all your service.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

The best of the hotel at heishui, the people very warm and welcom and food style tibet very delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a stylish style.
