Just made requests will be responded to immediately and handled in a timely manner. The bedding is comfortable and clean. I've slept in the front and rear rooms, and it's quite quiet.

The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the bus station. Very convenient if you are in transit. The room corresponds in terms of price-quality ratio. Quite a good option for the night.

Так и не смогли заселиться. Пришли, никого нет, кричали, звали, так никто и не вышел. И мы в 3 ночи пошли искать другое жилье.

房子不小，比較安靜，有麻將桌，很好，在黑河也是不錯了，性價比可以 設施：可以 衞生：可以 環境：可以 設施：1111111111111

真不明白這個賓館4.7分點評是怎麼來的？ 就説三點吧： 1.衞生間跑線外露，洗手池架子斷腿； 2.這個面盆洗手真的不知道手該怎麼洗，差點水龍頭就跑外面了，手都洗不全，這個設計師太牛了，是恨別人把手洗乾淨嗎？！ 3.最不能忍受的就是這個房間內漂泊的灰塵和化纖物，濃度實在是太高了，肉眼可見的全是！手機根本拍不出那個“漫天飛舞”的效果，這説明服務員得多少年沒有擦過這屋地面了！ 注：因為需要三人床，原本準備住兩天，入住一宿果斷逃離！

Мы проживали в этом отеле с 28.09 по 01.10.24 место расположения отеля отличное, пару кварталов от пешеходной улицы. Только мы ушли гулять тут же всё моют, ставят воду, дожать новые и чистые принадлежности, всё на высшем уровне.

Очень плохой отель. Не советую. Света в номере почти нет ( одна несчастная лампочка горит), везде волосы чужие (постель не исключение) и непонятная грязь на полу. Вай-фай не работает, телевизор не работает, нельзя курить( но везде всё прокурено- вонь), персонал не доброжелательный, при выезде нам отказали в вызове такси, но предложили вариант отвезти нас, по стоимости такси *2. В любое время в номер могла заходить работница, даже когда мы спим. ГЛАВНОЕ- ФОТО НЕ СООТВЕТСТВУЕТ РЕАЛЬНОСТИ.

衞生還可以。服務態度也挺好的。因為現在是黑河旅遊季所以價格浮動比較大。但是這家的價格還算不錯了。床也挺舒服，每床枕頭只有一個。
