Hotel a little too far to walk from the city centre with infrequent bus service. Staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable

The room look clean but sound insulation is not well from room

Very convenient hotel if you don't want to stay at Heidelberg City Center. Easy to find, enough parking lots, good rooms, convenient, clean and quiet.

Heidelberg and the Leonardo Hotel are perfect.

Hotel is little bit old .. need to pay attention for some broken things

It’s alright in terms of cleanliness. Great staff. The lifts were broken.

The first time there was no family room, so we upgraded to two double rooms and waived parking fees, which was great. A must-see in Heidelberg

It was a safe, comfortable and reliable environment for the 3 days I stayed there. It has an optimal balance in terms of cost and benefit.

The hotel is close to the highway, which is convenient for travel, but there is no business nearby, so it is not convenient to eat. The hotel is large, with an indoor swimming pool, which is not bad, and a separate sauna room

The location is OK, next to the transportation hub, the room size is right, maybe the front desk upgraded it when checking in, the breakfast is relatively simple, and you can take a bath, which is really OK, after a tiring day, relax.

It is very convenient to drive by yourself, much cheaper than staying in Heidelberg Intercity, the service is also very good, the staff are very enthusiastic, coupled with the hotel name, and the suburban countryside scenery, there is always an illusion of being in South America... The room is very quiet and clean. There is a public children's park and a large supermarket less than ten minutes away. It is very convenient. Buses are very convenient in Germany. There is no need to worry about safety. I have lived here myself. The price/performance ratio is very good.
