The location is good . Near the METRO . The building is very old , the lift was horrendous, it keeps breaking . The luggage has to be carry up and down physically . The hotel is on the 3rd floor . One good point is they provide a bottle of wine .

According to Trip.com, this hotel has 24 hour front desk, and its a reason I choose this hotel. This is NOT the case. There is no 24 reception, in fact there is no reception at night, even before midnight. I arrived at hotel about 10pm. Note: The hotel is not on the ground floor, but in a residential building on level 3. There a locked street door, (which permanently shut) every during the day. You would expect as this hotel, they would have detailed instruction on the front door regarding access - not the case! They have emergency number to call. If you have no cell phone access in Hungary you would O chance of getting into this hotel. I asked a couple walking along to street to make the call. The instructions were were very complex, even in Hungarian to understand. Fortunately the couple spoke some English. Apparently my room key was behind the desk in reception on level 3, however getting into the building (passing the front door) was extremely difficult. We only got into the building when a travellers came out. There is shabby (poorly maintained) left to level 3. There is another door to get through and more codes to put in. Finally made it in (but there is was not reception). Saw one room open (obviously unoccupied) and I assumed this was my room. But I have no key to my room - I could not close the door, so I used my case to this. There is no instructions in the room on how to access the internet. However, I will say one good thing in this review. The room is nicely appointed - there is a fridge, a complimentary bottle of wine and excellent cable TV including CNN and BBC. When I exited the hotel at 9:30am, (at the exit door) I finally met someone from the hotel (young lady) who assisted, I come in and sign forms at reception. This was so ridiculous and crazy, but I followed instructions. We did find a reception desk (in another part of the hotel!). Finally bit of advice for Budapest. Please make sure you choose a hotel with at least 50 to 100 rooms, that is likely to have someone there to help you. This hotel has a small number of rooms, with no service. If a hotel has no reception at night, the hotel could simply send an email to guests, explaining the check in procedures. This hotel could not care to send a 30 second email to prepaid guests. This hotel does not care for their guests, and just wants your money. AVOID at all costs!.

The location is very good. It is in the central area of ​​Budapest, with convenient transportation. It is close to many scenic spots. There are also commercial areas and supermarkets where locals go nearby. The hotel is located in two buildings, separated by a road. It is not far and convenient.

After the airport bus leaves the city, you need to get on and off the subway station or take a long detour to cross the road. (Be careful when carrying heavy luggage) The hotel is on one of the first floors of the building. Please pay attention to the service hours of the building gate/reception desk, otherwise you may touch the door nail.

The service here is good and the accommodation is also very good. The bathroom is also very good overall. The accommodation is on the opposite side of the reception, but it was worth it. The airport bus stop is also close, so I definitely recommend it.

First, I left the hotel and got off the building, then crossed the road, passed through the gate of another building with a password, looked for the entrance of the building, got on the elevator, got stuck again, and made many twists and turns, and finally arrived at another hotel base, and then continued looking. Our room was found at a corner... All in all, it was a very special and unforgettable alternative escape room. I was just hungry and tired in the early hours of the morning due to the cold wind. When I arrived at the hotel before 7 o'clock, I was nervous because the entrance door was closed, but when I looked around the intercom, there was a call code on it, so I just had to press it. I went inside just as the other guests were coming out. All the staff were kind and greeted me with a smile, making me feel at ease. A bottle of wine was included in the room and it was delicious!

Great location right in the city center! The room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and refrigerator. Although the location of the reception and the actual accommodation building are different, It was nice that the staff was so kind and well informed!

Price performance hotel close to the center, a bottle of wine was a nice gesture, it will definitely be a priority on my next visit to Budapest If you are changing cities by public transport in front of the hotel, you can go to Kellenfold train station in 20 minutes. thanks for everythings

Ok, lasts start with Cons & Pros: Cons -held up by Security as the printed and scanned Agoda confimation wan not enough. -“the host” of my apartment had failed to give me instructions to pick up my key -contacted her via Agoda and was eventually given a mailbox to go to to pick up the room key -all in all 1-5hrs wasted trying just to check in was offensive. -also given instructions on WiFi and to turn off the AC when leave the apartment PROS -cheap -location These two blocks were heavily marketed to over 80% occupancy and low service charges. People were hooked in and many units were sold off plan. Due to high service charges, the owners do no care and do the minimum work. This is apparent with the cheap make overs to this tired building,

When you enter the building, it may look like a dump - but that is not the case. Simple, yes; but my room in the annex builiding across the street was cozy, warm (outside it was freezing), clean and well equipped. And the complimentary bottle of wine (and water) was a nice surprise! Excellent location and super friendly staff. Good value for money, in my opinion.

Great room in a central location with a friendly price. The room was clean and was comfortable. The only downside was that the reception is across the road so one would need to get there to get the keys and cross the road to get to the room.
