Gym was under renovation and we didn't know that beforehand :/ If we did, we would have booked a different hotel. Nonetheless, the room is SPACIOUS and the view of the Swan Lake is beautiful. The interior design is quite old but classic, I particularly like that the furniture is wood so it lessens static shock (just a personal preference). Try going to breakfast EARLY like around 7 or 8AM because when you visit right before it closes, there's nothing much left in the buffet. 

Hotel was in a nice location and the room we booked was clean and smoke-free. Great value as well.

The hotel is located very close to swan lake. The surrounding area is very nice. The staff members are very attentive. There breakfast buffet is a must. We had a great time.

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Well, otel is old or not taken care well. I had AC problem and couldn’t be addressed. Language barrier is a big issue, tried to communicate with technician and receptionist via google translator , however that wasn’t very successful. Hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast choice is big, many dishes. Other than my AC problem, hotel was good!!

Classic business-style hotel on the northern side of Swan Lake. Suitable for weekend trips, convenient location to discover Hefei's modern side by foot. Fast, friendly and experienced service. German-style restaurant downstairs. Good Chinese-International mixed breakfast buffet. Spacious guest parking outside the building.

Very Fabulous

The location of the hotel is OK, and the ground parking lot is equipped with charging piles. The layout of the room is also standard. Although the decoration is relatively old, the basic functions are not affected. The shower water is large and the water temperature is stable. The hair dryer can be seen to be newly replaced in recent years. The wind is very strong and friendly to long hair. The housekeeper service is proactive. When checking out, I pulled something and helped with the express delivery. My family said that the packaging was very good and he was very responsible.

The hotel is in a very good location, with sunshine during the day and night view at night. It is not far from the South Station and the Sports Center, which is very convenient. It is a bit like a government hotel, with standard facilities, but the service is very good. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The location and service attitude make up for the hotel's age, and the price-performance ratio is super high. I stayed during the Spring Festival and upgraded to a higher floor for free. The view is wider, and I can enjoy the light show on the other side without leaving the house. I strongly recommend staying here👍

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in! We drove from Shandong to Hefei. The places we stayed in were very ordinary along the way. After arriving in Hefei, we chose this hotel among many hotels. The environment here is superb and it deserves to be a five-star hotel! The service quality is even better. After arriving at the hotel, we received butler-style service throughout the whole process and gave the children a super gift package. The children were very surprised! The room is very large and you can see Swan Lake and Tianshu Tower. The night view is also beautiful. The breakfast is also very rich, taking care of all kinds of tastes. I will always choose to stay here when I come to Hefei in the future. Don't worry! Intimate! Happy!

Good location, opposite Swan Lake, can see Hefei three-piece suite, not far from the subway station, nearby Yintai, not far from Wanda. Convenient parking, good service attitude, spacious and bright room, rich breakfast. The only drawback is that the pillow is too soft. Very cost-effective!

A very good hotel, recommended by a friend, with a good environment, clean and tidy, and a rich breakfast. The lake view room we stayed in had an unbeatable view and a super beautiful night view. Wanda and Yintai are nearby, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping.
