Working people are very friendly, breakfast is Tammy!

Sheraton is getting old… a renovation would be highly appreciated . Also stuff don’t speak a single English word… which for international hotel chain is an embarrassment

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

This Sheraton has convenient parking and fast check-in. The receptionist Cathy gave a detailed introduction. The room is comfortable and clean. The price is not expensive. It is the first choice for staying. I am satisfied.

I came to Hefei to watch Mr. Zhao Chuan's concert. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a special car to take me to the venue. This operation is 666. I have to give a thumbs up to the concierge! They also gave me throat lozenges, because they were afraid that I would "scream" too loudly at the concert! ? When checking in, I asked for an extra latex pillow and a quilt, which were also delivered quickly! Except that the facilities in the room are a bit old, there are no other shortcomings!

The hotel room is very good, the pillows and quilts are clean, and the sleep is comfortable. The service attitude of the staff is very good. They took the initiative to ask if we need an extra quilt because we brought children. I will still choose Sheraton Hotel when I go to Hefei in the future.
