everything was good, room was clean comfortable and aircond in good condition. i just thought the customer service could be better, bcs some of them are not really that friendly. oh and the reason im giving amenities just 4 stars is because if you need to use the iron, they will not send it to you in your rooms— instead you will need to come down to the lobby and use their public iron there. a bit of a hassle if you ask me, but as it is a 3 star hotel i wasnt expecting much. location wise is good as well, there are about two mini supermarkets nearby KK and Big C. 7-e is about 600m away. the location is quiet at night. i had issues with my room as well- both card and key doesnt work so they had to call a fixer guy and i took about 20 mins to fix them. im usually a chill person so i dont really mind about that

Overall is good deal. Hotel is clean with great service. Location wise is a bit outskirts but benefit is we are getting better price and avoid heavy traffic. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel provided free water, coffee at lobby. Parking is not an issue and convenient.

Friendly staff good place worth to stay

The room is clean. The staff are so friendly. You will hear the voice from the street a little bit but overall is nice. Worth it.

Overall okay, spacious room, pillows may be a bit hard, soap in the bathroom is very small bottle, all facilities in the room are okay, parking is limited, there may not be a lot of parking spaces, the front lobby may look small and narrow, but the room is spacious, in the morning there is fresh coffee and chocolate to drink.

The water is a bit too slow, it's hard for women to wash their hair. The room is clean, the bed is soft and not hard, suitable for people with back pain. The two pillows are a bit too little. There is liquid soap, shampoo, hat, cotton buds, and coffee downstairs at the counter. There is a Big C and a retail store nearby for breakfast.
