Had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit

What a great find. Excellent condition large room. Everything worked as expected. Reception, porter and cleaning staff were so lovely. If required, transport drivers at the doorstep in the heart of the town. No wasting money on unused facilities, there are plenty of excellent places around providing that. .

Very spacious and comfortable room. Shops and night market is all very near by the hotel... Very satisfied.. Will come back again

Sakol hotel is great for a getaway place. Super centralized, clean, excellent & friendly staff rapport. The breakfast coffee & toast were excellent too, however, the choice of cake could be better or change on daily basis. The last time I stayed there, they had muffins & cupcakes - changed daily. If the jam & butter could be in a container to avoid contamination would be an improvement. The rubbery heavy pillow could be better, so this time I brought my own pillows :)) Sakol Hotel Hat Yai – Where Comfort Meets Convenience!!

The location is very good, walking distance to restaurants and Lee Garden night market. Some little advice is to improve the quality of hair dryer provided. The switch sometimes is not working when want to use the hair dryer.

I had a wonderful stay at Sakol Hotel. The service was excellent – the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Hatyai. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The location is very good it's just walking distance to Lee garden night market, and some famous restaurants like 秋哥猪脚饭，成龙面条 etc. The room is clean and neat, we enjoy the stay very much
