Cannot find my bookings when check in but they still manage to arrange room for me.unsatisfavtory on morning breakfast buffet. All halal food.

Hotel is new, spacious and clean. Highly recommended

I like it. It's worth the price. The food is delicious. The room is clean. The air conditioning is cool. There is no noise. I would like to go again if I have the chance.

Hello The first thing we chose to stay at the hotel was to find a Muslim owner and the holiday on Sat-Sun from 21-10-24 and booked accommodation through the app and added breakfast. There were 2 of us with a 5-year-old child. When we arrived, we were impressed from the security guard who took care of the car. The service was good, they spoke well, and the accommodation was comfortable. But when it came to breakfast, there were 2 coupons (we forgot to ask if there was an additional charge for children. Normally, we don't charge, so we assumed it ourselves). When we showed the coupons to the male staff, he let us in. Even though the table moved the chair, another female staff came and asked that we have to pay an additional 100 baht (we didn't object, but in fact, we shouldn't have informed them after we were about to sit down so that we could consider it). We were embarrassed by our fellow customers who looked at us, so we asked permission not to eat. And I would like to leave this message to the relevant management. And I would like to give a rating through the app so that our members can consider it before choosing accommodation.
