It’s good for a one night stay from Harbin West station. Though we can ask for more bath towels, but we were just puzzled why only 2 were given when we booked for 4 persons. The room door cannot be locked from the inside. So security is only from the digital lock from the outside. Room Heater was minimal. But enough. Because read from past reviews, Expected service to be better. But Check in and check out service were unfriendly. Perhaps it’s due to the weekend. Location is not near to any malls and eatery, have to take a taxi. Other than these, the Beddings are clean and good. Very Comfortable beds.

The room is spacious and bright, with washing machines and detergent, and is close to the subway station. However, one waitress didn't understand what "check out" meant, and instead of asking, she chose to be quiet and make excuses saying she was busy to fool the guests. Basic English still needs to be learned. International standards need to be improved.
