The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

It's a bit old, the water in the bathtub is yellow, but it's the best hotel in the area. The breakfast is good, but the front desk can't change coins. Zimbabwean taxi drivers pretend they don't have change and don't give change.
