The place was near to the city center and night market! It was very convenient when we are very tired from walking and shopping all day! They also have available Ha Long Bay tours that you can pay through credit card. They also offer airport transfer.

The staff is so willing to help. I have a good time here. And many delicious food and places are around our hotel, which is very convenient

Extremely good location. Very spacious and comfy room! Just an issue was that there was a very bad smell in one of the early mornings. Overall was great. Hotel is huge. Pls visit the famous banh cuon, very delicious. It’s about 150m away from the hotel. Will definitely come back again! 👍🏻

It's a old hotel but the service was good and staff helped me with my early check out because of flight change they got me a free taxi to the airport which was very kind so no complaints as for Hanoi I did not like the place at all

The Hotel is very accessible and near to restaurant. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great but not much varieties.

Decent location, the room and breakfast weren't quite up to the standard I've experienced at other hotels in Hanoi, but for the price was still good.

Hotel was in good location. Very near to the beer street and was accessible to food easily.

Great location, nice staff, but a bit of a tourist trap. Saw a member of staff charge a tourist 400,000 for a foot massage to a new tourist. WiFi poor. But Nice for a one or two day stay.
