The location, comfort, and food were all very pleasant.

Thanks to the lobby manager Money, who provided me with help. The hotel environment was very good and the room was very large. Money told me that there was a night market, so he asked concierge to call a taxi for us. Hotel Some parts of the maintenance is not good enough, the whole is better. The hotel is very nice and so clean, there are all the tourist services in the hotel, the morning breakfast is varied, a lot of people and foreign tourists, The reception is excellent and welcome, and there was a girl named Aym in English 谢艳 in Chinese, very lovable, helpful and beautiful, I asked her for a sea view and she gave me a view of the sea and the mountain together 🤗🤗😍

Guys, the experience of staying at this hotel this time was simply amazing! From the warm reception at the front desk to Manager Orange personally helping me upgrade the room, as soon as I entered the room, it was spacious and cozy. The bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view outside the window was really breathtaking. During my stay, the hotel staff's service was also extremely thoughtful. On the day of check-out, the staff at the front desk arranged the airport transfer service for me in advance. The driver arrived ahead of time and drove me to the airport steadily, without delaying my itinerary at all. The whole service process was professional and meticulous. Every detail made me feel extremely warm. I sincerely appreciate Manager Orange and all the staff at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again next time and also recommend this hotel to all of you!

This hotel gives off a friendly vibe and you can definitely feel the family atmosphere. The overall stay was pleasant, the view from the hotel room was beautiful, however the room smelled a little bit of mold because of the humidity the first days. The service is a little lacking especially for foreigners. One of the reasons why we chose this hotel, for it mentions having English speaking staff but during our stay unfortunately the staff struggled to communicate with us and that led to some mishappenings and we couldn’t enjoy everything that was included in our package.

The hotel was really nice. Arriving at the check-in desk we were greeted kindly and professionally. The hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good. Easy to rent an e-bike. We would definitely return there again.

We had a great time here. The service is outstanding. We got at the hotel after midnight and they said we can check in at 10pm instead of 12pm. The receptionist is very helpful. The hotel is around many western restaurants.

During my recent stay at a hotel booked through Trip.com, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, despite specifically booking a non-smoking room, the hotel had a noticeable smell of smoke throughout, indicating a failure to properly enforce non-smoking policies. Moreover, the hotel itself appeared to be quite old and in need of maintenance. On a positive note, the room service staff were helpful and responsive to my requests. However, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel's facilities were undergoing maintenance during my stay. This made it inconvenient for guests, especially families with babies, as there were multiple flights of stairs and a lack of baby-friendly amenities. Another disappointment was the lack of attention to detail in the restaurant. I observed that the tablecloths were not changed after guests finished their meals, which raised concerns about hygiene. Overall, my experience at this hotel fell short of my expectations. I hope that hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience for future travelers.

Nice hotel, customer oriented staff! Good breakfasts! Large children's play area with lots of toys and books. Very clean hotel, but some rooms have a damp smell. They upgraded our room, thank you very much! They brought baby slippers and bath accessories for my daughter! The only big negative about the rooms when you are traveling with a child is the open toilets (blinds instead of regular doors). Large swimming pool, two restaurants. They gave us a dozen fresh oysters. Wonderful view from the room!
