Feeling welcomed by the Rey Hotel crew, they serve the best all the time! Superior room being upgraded to Deluxe room type at no charge. Hesitate no more, book it whenever you are having a trip in Hanoi 💖 p/s: frontdesk served us well and his name is in the picture!

Consider as a new hotel with new crisp amenities. Eventhough it’s not in the center of old quarter, but it makes a good location to rest.

Overall is good. However, I asked for late checkout, at first they comply with the request. However, the actual check out day, they called at usual check out time.

The room is clean and spacious. Location not precisely perfect but is still acceptable. Nothing much around the hotel though.

There are many military and government departments around the hotel. It is about 1 km away from Hoan Kiem Lake, so it is not very convenient to eat. The hotel is above mid-range, not the kind of narrow high-rise residential building converted hotel. There is a garden like a patio in the middle, which is very beautiful, like a fairyland. The room is very clean and a little small. I booked for three days first, and then booked another day on Ctrip. The front desk asked to check out before 12 o'clock and check in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, I waited for two hours at the front desk, which was very inconvenient. Domestic hotels should not be like this.

The hotel is generally good, the location is also very good, not far from the various attractions in the old city, the sanitation is very clean and the cleaning is also very timely, the breakfast is good, it has more Southeast Asian characteristics, the taste is also OK, overall it is good and I recommend it

It is recommended to take pictures of everything when entering the room. We didn’t eat the snack bar when we checked in. When we checked out, we were informed that we had eaten snacks there for two consecutive days and the price was increased! No refund yet

The room was quite tidy when we first entered. However, the room was clean the next day and even with a tip, the coffee powder that fell on the table the night before and several hairs that fell on the table were not cleaned up at all, and all the toiletries were gone. Not to mention, the hair dryer that was messed up was not returned to its place, personal towels were thrown away, the trash can in the room and the garbage bag in the toilet were not pressed down at all, it was just a big bulge, and the bed covers and pillow cases were not as tidy as new ones. , wrinkled, the water stains on the sink were not cleaned, and there was no place to put the fat soap or replace it with new soap. The counter service in the lobby is just like any other counter, nothing special. Maybe it’s just that the hotel looks good, but the content really doesn’t match the quality and price.

We stayed in a one-bedroom room with my 3-year-old child. It was great. After the Ray Hotel, we stayed at a famous five-star hotel along West Lake, but the Ray Hotel was more comfortable and I wanted to go back. Good points - The room is new and clean. - The price is cheap. - There is a washlet. - The TV is new and big. You can watch YouTube. - After the children go to bed, parents can relax in the living room. - The bedroom is in the corner of the corner room, so you can sleep very quietly at night. - The minibar is cheap. - The amenities are probably from some famous brand and smell good. - The room is spacious, so you won't feel cramped even if you stay with your family. - The pho for breakfast is delicious. - It's a little out of the center of the old town, but you can easily get a grab and you can get a cyclo to get home. If I had to say one thing to improve - The breakfast menu is the same, so if you're staying for multiple nights, you might not need breakfast. There are many cafes and banh mi shops nearby. ・The living room is a connecting room with the neighbors, so there is a fair amount of noise. But once you enter the bedroom you can't hear anything, so there's no problem sleeping! I was very satisfied with the quality at this price. I recommend a room with a living room.
