REY Hotel is an impressive place to stay, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The decor is beautiful and warm. The front desk staff are friendly, provide excellent service, and speak English fluently. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed is so soft and comfortable that you might not want to get up. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of both local and international options. The hotel provides its own parking area, which makes loading luggage stress-free. The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Since it's close to government offices, the area is quite peaceful, making it a perfect spot for a truly restful stay. Breakfast was great. We had our 2nights dinner at rey hotel Crystal jade Cantonese cuisine. Very good food. Should try if you stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at Rey Hotel Hanoi! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the hotel’s location in the Old Quarter made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. One thing to note: there’s an extra charge of VND 500,000 for a third person in the room. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel is amazing, spacious room, luxurious stuff and really comfortable bed 

Rey Hotel Hanoi was a decent place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Facilities were average but worked fine. However, the breakfast had a small selection and wasn’t very satisfying. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a simple and quiet place to rest. Overall, satisfied with the stay, just not with the breakfast.

Feeling welcomed by the Rey Hotel crew, they serve the best all the time! Superior room being upgraded to Deluxe room type at no charge. Hesitate no more, book it whenever you are having a trip in Hanoi 💖 p/s: frontdesk served us well and his name is in the picture!

It is a new hotel in near the Hoan Kiem Lake area, very accessible but the surroundings are not too noisy
