Keep up good service! Pls include lunch and dinner for guests convenience specially during unexpected weather.

Gorgeous hotel rooms, it felt brand new, the room and bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We chose the hotel so that it was closer to the airport and out of the main hustle of the city but it’s still walking distance to train street and easy enough to get a grab to wherever you want to go. It has a small basic gym which is basically an office with weights and a treadmill but better than nothing!

The location needs to be reviewed again. And the name had changed. It’s called Elirina or something. The room and the stay was amazing though.

Spacious suite with a great balcony! The suite was clean and it felt like home away from home while we were away. Everything is tastefully decorated in the best way, and would definitely stay again. The only thing is that coming in at night, this hotel is a bit hard to find.

Terrible service

Very good location

The store is located in the alley, not very easy to find. The driver helped call the hotel to pick them up at the entrance of the alley. There were staff who could speak English. Check-in was smooth. I lived on the second floor. The room was a bit surprising. It was quite large and clean. There was beef noodle soup 100 meters away. There were many locals. I ordered two bowls and it was delicious! It is also very close to the scenic spot. After dinner, we walked around and found a super delicious drink shop. The clerk recommended two drinks. I liked them very much! There is also a delicious chicken noodle shop nearby. It is also very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. It is not a big attraction. There are delicious spring rolls nearby. I will choose this shop next time.

This boutique hotel is located in a secluded alley near the Temple of Literature, and was a charming place where you could experience the local atmosphere of Hanoi. There are many local restaurants and small shops scattered around, and you can experience the lively local life in a quiet environment. The hotel itself is small but cozy and has a calm atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay while experiencing culture and history. The Vietnamese staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff are an important element of any travel destination, and being able to feel the local warmth is also appealing.

Not a bad hotel. We were upgraded upon arrival. The room was spacious, two-room, with everything you need. But for the next trip we would consider another location in Hanoi, closer to the center

The towels were old, but everything else was good. The boys and girls at the front desk were very nice. Unfortunately, there was no room left when I wanted to extend my stay.

It's in a small alley, very quiet, the facilities are new, and the sanitation is very good. It feels like a good value. The mattress is not soft, which I also like. It is very suitable for a person to go out and relax.

Nice place, very clean. Be careful, the hotel has changed its name, a little difficult to find, in the alley. Also, the gym is not ready yet.
