The room is clean and tidy. It's a few hundred meters away from Hefang Street and Hu Xueyan's former residence. Next to it is Wushan Mountain and very close to the West Lake. It's very convenient to take a taxi or take the subway. The hotel can also sign up for tour groups. The landlady is really nice She is very conscientious and recommends that all the routes she recommends will be fun. I was originally afraid of encountering people who want to attract people to spend money, but this will not really be fun. The hotel can also sell Hanfu, go out to take pictures, and give Makeup is not expensive and the service is very considerate. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is located in Qinghefang Pedestrian Street, the room is clean and the accommodation is quiet. The hotel registration staff is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is clean and exquisite, and there is a place to wash clothes on the second floor. There is a dryer next to it after washing, and you can wear it immediately after drying. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay here again.

We stayed at Hefang Hotel for 2 nights in the Cozy Room and besides the fact everything went smoothly, the hotel is, in fact, low quality. - Room: Bad. The room is quite small, needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning. There is a window but it does not open properly. The mold smell is very strong and you can feel the humidity as soon as you enter. The walls, mirrors, floor and the room in general has not been cleaned properly for a long time. So it really looks like a cheap and dirty place, which makes it not comfortable at all (you can’t see that on the pictures from the hotel). We even asked at the reception if they could change us to a different room, in an upper floor, but they said there wasn’t any available. - Breakfast: Reasonable, but not great. There is dumplings, noodles, sweet potatoes, eggs, sausage, some cakes and one type of fruit. No drinking options at all (I mean, no coffee, tea, milk, juice, water, etc.! We asked) Also, the breakfast time is from 7h00 - 9h30 but they don’t replace the food so if you arrive around 9h probably you won’t find much (we asked for more fruit and they said that they didn’t have it). Tables and chairs were not clean. Amenities: Good. Nice common area on the 1st floor where you can hangout and have your own meals. Location: Great! Near the most famous street where you can find some tradicional shops and a lot of restaurants. If you plan to stay in this hotel we suggest you to make sure your room is on the 2nd floor and without breakfast included.

I stayed for five days at a time. The service was very good and there were few interruptions. If you have any needs, just ask at the front desk. The location can be clearly marked. It is on the 6th floor of Jiajing Business Building. When I first went there, I looked around the door several times and there was nothing. Found 😂

The hotel is located on the east side of Yan'an Road, close to Hefang Street and Wushan Square. Walk to the right and front for about 15 minutes to the West Lake Liulangwenying. The lobby environment is very impressive, the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is quite large, there are abundant food, drink and entertainment around, and the transportation is convenient. The subway is just next to it and it is only a few minutes' walk away. The service is very enthusiastic, and the front desk is very kind and friendly. Sisters, don't worry, I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou. I like Huashe 👍

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Environment: beyond my expectations Service: Not too good at all, I hope it can always be like this The overall feeling is really beyond my imagination because after all, the price is here, but the room hygiene and service are much better than the average five-star hotel. Highly recommended

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location
