For me who can't read chinesse, it't pretty difficult to find this hotel. Maybe you need to put a sign in english. And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.

Hotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. The room facilities are very new. The environment outside the window is not good, and the sound of the air conditioner opposite is a bit noisy, which may not be tolerated by those with poor sleep. The soundproofing on the upper and lower floors next door is pretty good. The room smells like a newly renovated house. The rooms booked by Ctrip are not allocated well, and the rooms are crooked. The more times they are booked, the more times they are booked, the impression of the hotel and Ctrip will be bad.

Location : not far from main business areas and attractions. No super heavy traffic around the hotel. Love it. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Minimalism, plenty of space to move around, rooms facing the back of hotel is quiet. TV box has plenty of program to cater for all ages. The laundry facilities is super good. Breakfast selections are good enough for us. Staffs are mostly friendly especially the housekeeping ladies, however few of the young generation staffs i.e front desk & restaurant are not as attentive as the housekeeping department. Overall it's a nice place to stay and the quality is good.

This Fairfield Inn has maintained the consistent brand interior tonality, giving people a refreshing and pleasing aesthetic feeling. Located in Wulin Square, next to Hangzhou University, it has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is really good and worth staying. Perhaps because of such superior conditions, the hotel is full of guests. I went to the hotel to check in at around 3 pm and was told that the booked room type was not available yet... Of course, I also know that the lady with glasses at the front desk has done her best to help deal with it and helped upgrade the room type (but the room is in the corner room inside). In fact, I don’t reject this (it turns out that it is not very comfortable), but I have to take a bath and change clothes as soon as possible to go out for business, so I can only accept it... The room originally booked facing the West Lake scenery failed to stay successfully this time. I hope that I can successfully stay in the scenery next time, and it is not a corner room on both sides...

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
