This hotel location is situated at quite a quiet place. Good for travelers who enjoy the quietness. However, there is not much amenities nearby. Other than that, the service was quite good, receptionist is friendly but the manager was the one who gave me the personal touch. Nice service provided.

This is a very happy trip. I came to Hangzhou specifically for the competition. Hangzhou is beautiful and the people in Hangzhou are very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed in this hotel for the first time. The ladies at the front desk, Xiao Jiang and Xiao Han, made me appreciate the city of Hangzhou. The city has added a lot of expectations. We arrived at the hotel very late on the first day with a group of students. They quickly helped us check in, not only on the first floor, but also prepared toiletries, fruits, etc. for the children. , they delayed our check-out the next day and allowed the children to change clothes before finishing the game, which saved us a lot of trouble.
