Third, before the end of breakfast, a group of service staff began to take away the tableware and food around the customers (it is still convenient for the staff themselves, so they can leave work as early as possible, but the diners experience...). Over the years, I have met several executive chefs who came out to see the customer experience in hotels rated at this level, but this is the first one who is so anxious to collect breakfast. In essence, the hotel has lost its customer-first soul at least in this link, and there is a problem with quality control. Considering that this hotel is rated higher in the vicinity of nearby colleges and universities, there should be some foreign friends staying, so I still hope to do a good job of internal management. In addition, the front desk reception is enthusiastic and qualified.

The environment is very good, the service is excellent, there are self-service laundry and drying rooms in the hotel, and a buffet breakfast. I will choose to stay here again!

The room is very clean. I came here to take the postgraduate entrance examination. The service is very considerate. I prepared small gifts and snacks. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. The perfume in the room smells very good and the equipment is complete. I will come back next time if I have a chance.

The customer service was very responsive and gave us recommendations of where to tour. However, the room conditions were not ideal. The toilet flush system is prone to congestion, in fact the 1st room was clogged and we moved to the 2nd room which had the same issue. The customer servicer staff left the tool at the toilet for us to deal with it any clogging issues.

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me. The room was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and very comfortable bedding. Of course, the hotel's catering also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast was rich and varied. I never stay somewhere else for my business travels to Hangzhou since 2018. You may find the breakfast selection not too variety. However their hospitality make their accommodation always full with customer. Its location is in the middle of city which make commute between places easier. In fact, the nearest metro station only about a few minutes from the stay. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Their body care product worked really well for my skin. I really love it.
