Really cute hotel. The only thing that bothered me was a window which was obstructed by entry to the hotel. Room 205.

It was a wonderful experience in this hotel although the women who checked us in were needed more training to give us better service. but overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The name says it all: Cozy. Very nice hotel, our room was undoubtedly cozy, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and has plenty to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. We planned on staying one night, but ended up staying another. The bathtub is especially amazing! The people were wonderful and very helpful as well. The hotel looks amazing from the outside and is also hidden away from the main traffic road. It’s really peaceful and we will definitely go back again when we return to Hangzhou.

The hotel is not very close to any Metro stations, but it’s about 10 minutes drive away from Hangzhou East Railway Station. The interior is a little dated, but considering the price, it’s good value for money. The staff is very helpful, and the restaurant provides pretty good food. Overall, it’s a great value offer.

The big bathtub is on the first floor. There is no bag to cover it, so I didn't dare to use it. It's really not very convenient to have a bathtub but no chair. The air conditioner and refrigerator are very noisy. I can only fall asleep when they are all turned off. Fortunately, the air conditioner is no longer needed at night in this season, otherwise it would be terrible. The overall service is pretty good, and the cleaning is also very timely. The main reason is that the facilities are a bit old.

The facilities are generally OK, but they are quite old, and the towels have holes (see picture); the cleaning is not thorough, there is a small ball of toilet paper under the bed, there is dust and dead insects on the small table, the shower gel bottle is empty and has not been replaced (I only found it when I went in to take a shower), and the bath salts are almost gone and have not been replaced in time (just enough); so, this room gives people the feeling that no one has stayed in it for a long time?; The service is OK, but the breakfast time and place were not informed when checking in. I went to have breakfast at 10 o'clock, but I was told that there was no breakfast, and the breakfast time ended at 9:30 😑 In addition, the green plants in the outdoor small courtyard have not been maintained, and many of them have withered and yellowed. The above is a real stay experience for your reference, and I hope the hotel can continue to improve.

I like the hotel's architectural style and interior decoration. I have stayed here several times and it is as comfortable as ever. There is also a cute refrigerator. It is also very convenient to eat. I always eat in the restaurant downstairs. If I drop something in the hotel, the customer service will help me send it back in time. I have recommended it to several friends.

The room is very good. The bathtub is anti-hyperthermia and will not get cold even if you soak for a long time. The toiletries and bath towels are also of high quality. The bed is very comfortable and the sound insulation is very good.
