來杭州出差，搜尋附近酒店看到這家酒店，房間很大衞生不錯，第二天退房後，發現身份證丟了，酒店服務人員很很貼心，電話沒有聯繫上我本人，還打電話聯繫了我朋友，最後幫我把身份證郵寄過來的，很感謝鉑宮酒店服務員，下次去玩還住他們酒店房間很乾凈，視野開闊，房間有四十多平，落地床，房間佈局舒服，停車方便，位置很優越，離高沙地鐵站口很近，也就一百米左右的距離，旁邊就有一個大型超市，購物很方便，早餐附近就有，美食也很多，不管去哪裡都很近，樓下就有便利店，24小時營業買什麼東西都方便的，推薦

這家酒店住過很多次，每次出差都來，價格適中，每次過來前台小姐姐都幫忙免費升級房型已經是鉑宮酒店的老顧客的，基本每個星期出差都會去入住，酒店環境很不錯，房間面積大，落地窗，去年剛剛裝修過，裝修風格很大氣，住起來很舒服，性價比也很高，前台小美女服務也很棒，交通方便，出了地鐵口就是金沙印象城，和龍湖天街商場，周邊比較繁華，吃飯購物都很OK，旁邊就是大型超市，房間設施齊全，價格實惠，衞生乾淨整潔，打掃衞生的阿姨們也比較客氣，酒店樓層比較高，進電梯需要刷房卡，安全措施做的非常好，強烈推薦👍
