Requested for the early check-in and the hotel readily accepted. Furthermore they provided a complimentary upgrade from Family Loft to Parent-child Family room , which was very spacious and came with a bath tub. The hotel receptionist & housekeeping were very attentive and helpful at all times. Just a little odd quirk was that they initially wanted to hold onto our passports for check-in - which was understandable for the local government's regulations (which could be tedious & a slow process) - until check-out. We politely declined to surrender our passports, offered that they could snap images of it. To which, they respectfully accepted this other means of verification. Everything else with without a hitch. Love it! Thank you🙌🏻

The rooms are okay. Bit awarkared as I had to take stairs to from 3rd floor to.4th floors. Would not recommend with travelers with luggage. Towels were old ripped.

The worst accommodation experience ever. At first, I was still glad that I booked early, but later I found that I was completely suffering. I was caught in heavy rain in the afternoon. It was already past 11 o'clock when I returned to the hotel after selecting the photos in the evening. I wanted to have a good rest and wake up naturally the next day to continue playing. The hotel aunt chatted at the door at more than 7 o'clock (the storage room was next door). I waited for 10 minutes without stopping before opening the door and asking them to be quiet. I was very angry. My wife was worried that the aunt would deliberately clean up because of the unpleasantness in the morning. She specifically reminded the front desk aunt to speak softly the next day, and then the room only needed to send bath towels, no need to clean.
