The reception woman 2ladies were super rude and one of them were even super scary she doesn’t know to talk politely we came around 14:30 and wanted our room that we have booked but the reception women she even didn’t try to explain me properly, intead of that started yelling at me and saying that they cannot do anything because my room we have booked is dirty and no other rooms even didn’t say SORRY just yelling at us like that like ***… the service is 10/0. I will never choose this hotel anymore because of that reception woman. There was no respect. But breakfast was not bad, rooms are super small, location is good.

There was a weird smell and room was stuffy. It’s a little rundown and space was super tight. Only good thing was the convenient location. I don’t recommend this branch, there’s plenty of newly renovated hotels around the area.

The hotel is very near to Xi Lake. There are also a lot of shopping centres nearby. There are also agencies that offer a one day or half day tour around the vicinity, which are quite flexible with the booking. We booked a day tour from Hangzhou to Suzhou, and it was quite nice.

The location is great! Can walk to West lake. In front of the building, there is a parking with bicycles, very convinient for a bicycle riding! The room is very very small, but it’s not my concern! Highly recommended for the location and convinience!

Clean room, friendly staff, good location near convenience stores and near the West Lake. Good place for the price.

Nice little hotel but the room wasn't very new or clean, and the wifi is not accessible to people who don't have a Chinese local phone number. Staff is quite nice though

The hotel is actually pretty nice and at a very good place …the only thing is the rooms are pretty much very very small but as far as location and food is concerned all is great
