Near metro station and mins walk to Hefang Street.. lots of restaurants along Hefang Street.. morning walk ard the area is very quiet and peaceful.. taxi or didi service is very convenient if u r going further area.. west lake is only 5 to 20min drive away from hotel depend on traffic condition.. room was spacious n clean enough for 2 big size adults🤣🤣.. bathroom was slightly a bit small, but ok for me. * If u have a big belly, u might have to squeeze to close the shower door or just leave it open to shower.. 😅😅 .. convenient store is just a min walk out from hotel.. Laundromat is located on level 1 with detergent provided. ( 2 washing machine and 2 dryer)! Supper is also served from 9.30 to 11pm at the canteen on Level 1 after laundry room.. Overall, hotel location is easy to navigate, near metro station, convenient for Didi to pick up and drop off.

A lovely modern hotel. The location is excellent, close to the famous street. There is a lawson nearby, many cafes. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. The room is clean, free snacks. We stayed in a room with a balcony.👍🏻 The only negative is the very small room.

Very good location which about 500m walking distance to (定安路) mrt station and (三元坊)bus stop. The hotel just located right at the start of 南宋御街. FYI There’s a lot of halal restaurants available at the opposite street. Other than that, the cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Not to mention they offer wide range of breakfast options from live station noodles menu to waffle/granola. Supper is provided during 9 to 11pm.

We all loved the hotel and location and agreed this is the best hotel for our whole trip from Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai. Everything is perfect for us for 5pax being first time visit Hangzhou as we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights from 13Dec to 16Dec, is clean and spacious enough for us. Hefang Street is only walking distance from hotel and the subway is also about 5-8mins away and kids enjoy with food and snacks to buy back. They also missed the 深夜粥到 provided by hotel for guests, my kids went almost every night to enjoy😍. The best part I loved and appreciate very much is the staff help us keep the laundry for us after wash and dryer done especially when we back late and out early. Very helpful staff and will hghly recommend to friends who plan visit Hangzhou.

A quality budget hotel under Atour Light brand. Very impressive modern and clean hotel. Location is superb. It’s located on a quiet pedestrian walk but very close to Hefang bustling shopping street too. Bed is very comfortable. They provide good topper and several kinds of pillows. Toiletries is from Jo Loves, which is quite surprised. Overall, very satisfied. Will book Atour again

Highly recommend this hotel. Specious, clean, easy to get around in a quiet zone of historical area. On top of that is the service mind of hotel staff. Would love to stay here again if revisit the city.

Awesome details! ** When encountering minor problems during the stay, the front desk immediately coordinated and solved them, which was very efficient! 👍 The free breakfast was rich and delicious, the room was fully equipped with smart facilities (projection screen + small refrigerator was super convenient), and sanitary napkins and other supplies were thoughtfully prepared. Staying for two consecutive days was a great experience~ **Highly recommended! **

The hotel is very close to the subway station, and it only takes a few minutes to get to West Lake by taxi. The environment is very good, the hotel service is very considerate, and there are umbrellas for going out when it rains. The facilities in the house are complete, and there are even electronic scales and laundry bags. There are scenic spots outside, and there is a snack night market nearby. The surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful. It rained this time, and the check-in at the cafe outside was very photogenic. It is worthy of being owned by Atour, and I will stay here next time.
