We had a great experience in this establishment. The staff was really great and the service in general perfect. They were very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and large. The hotel is very well placed and the owners came to pick us up and moved us into the park to help us. We even had the right to a small private visit! I have no negative points. I want  to thank them for this wonderful moment between authenticity and comfort.   Thank you very much, I can only highly recommend it.

I don’t even know where to begin… everything about this hotel was wonderful. A huge thank you to the staff ( who fyi are so friendly and helpful with many of the staff able to speak English ). Hangzhou is beautiful and one of the iconic more peaceful locations to stay in is the XiXi wetlands. The hotel was stunning and so great for a four star could be mistaken for a five star easily. You ideally would need a car but I didn’t mind ordering DiDi’s also the staff can drop you to a metro station where you are connected to the rest of Hangzhou. I really loved my stay and a huge thank you again to the amazing staff they really made my stay a memorable one 🫶

We were welcomed with a smile and fruit in our room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. The bathroom had a shower, bathtub and two sinks. Excellent location in the heart of Xixi wetland with restaurants, coffee shops, boat rides, etc nearby.

The layout of the hotel is very clean and elegant. The geographical location is very convenient, with a free parking lot. The breakfast was very delicious and the handsome young man at the front desk provided excellent and thoughtful service. They helped us upgrade our room for free. We will check in again in the future.

I went on a business trip to Hangzhou, and my client happened to be next to Xixi, so I chose this place. The price was not high and it met the company's travel standards. The room was very clean, and the big window looked like a painting. The breakfast was simple but of good quality. A run in Xixi in the morning in spring was perfect.

I went to see the lanterns with my family during the Chinese New Year. The hotel is in a great location. It is right in the Xixi Wetland Scenic Area. You can see the lanterns when you go out. I bought a lantern and the children had a lot of fun. There are snack restaurants outside. I had a lively Chinese New Year.
