Good for one night. Great location. Hot water, aircon and wifi works. Easy to find. No water provided. Staff are very friendly.

This hotel is good value. Comfortable bed, but a little hard. Shower was difficult to make a good temperature and had low pressure. But staff were kind and hotel is located in a good location with lots of shops nearby.

Location is very good Surrounded with shops, cafe, restaurant, lucki coffee on right corner, KFC on left corner, next door is local food stall. Walking distance to Metro station, and old town shopping district. 15 min. Walk to West lake. Simple hotel. Clean

Located at 1st floor, need to carry your own luggage up, so no big and heavy luggage. Room size is only good for 2 person with small luggage, so no big luggage again. No bed make-up and no drinking water. So, buy your own water to boil, as kettle is provided.

The location are very great for hangzhou. Almost perfect, because it's located on one of the beautiful trading and scenic streets. 西湖/west lake are within 20 minuites. Metro witin 15. The hostel itself is just classical hostel. It's clean and beds hav nice curtains. Probably not a lot of space (specifically in my room). But this is fine, i guess. It was a nice place for me to stay. Also a lot of maps of hangzhou avaliable near the front desk.

The location is about 800m from Ding' An Rd station (定安路站）Line 1 quick walk about 10-15 minutes. Along the way has many traditional local food and Halal food along the street to hotel. The location is fine not far from West Lake can walk about 10-15 minutes. The room is good fit for solo traveler with private toilet in the room. WiFi is good

Walkable to Xihu, nice, only 1km away via jiefang road. Ensuite toilet, great! But no common toilet at the small lobby area. Just would like to inform management that the bigger push button of toilet bowl seems faulty as I saw it stuck halfway a number of times with loud water running sounds inside non-stop.

The room and beds do not match the images on trip.com, and the room is not very clean. However, given the location and budget, I would give this hostel a 5 out of 5.

Not bad. The bed have hooks and hair conditioning which is much appriciated. The problem mostly comes from the other people in the room : they smoke and phone out loud during the night...

The room was very lovely and cosy. Really nice roommates. A room of 4, with me included. Nice little bed space with a screen to pull down. Toilet and shower in the room. Relatively clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Great central location to town and metro station. Highly recommend. Plus it's affordable.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. We asked if we could upgrade from double room to twin room by paying the difference. Receptionist upgraded us for free. Thank you.

While the location of the hotel is ideal, the boss doesn't care much about cleanliness. There was fungus growing on the walls of toilet. The ventilation fan was too dirty, you can see from the picture. The boxes were too close that two persons can hardly move between them. And I suspect they don't change bed sheets and pillow cover after a guests check out. The waitress just straighten them and fold them again. There was no shower gel.
