The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and well decorated,the service is very good,i got instant pick up and drop off service to the airport.The breakfast is fine enough for tourists,i tought the location was near city but it was quite far from the city to explore anything,but if you are just looking for a good place to relax duribg transfer this would be a best choice.

Hotel is nice and Staff are very nice and helpful , I would like to special highlight to all future visitors as thank you to them. we have landed airport midnight 2.30am , we call to hotel and ask for hotel pick up . They arrived within 15 min after my call without allowed me to wait long time in front of airport at midnight we are very happy and thankful for the fast action , 100 mark to driver although there are only 2 of us. 2nd days morning when we check out from hotel , where receptionist aware i having booking problem on using my Wechat pay for Didi (taxi booking) , she willing to book for me without doubt. I feel so warm for her help for my China trip this years.

The location is only 10 min from the airport. It's a good choice if you only stay for transit as it is far from everywhere else. Nearby the hotel, there many restaurants and one big convenient shop. The breakfast is very local style and minimalist. Therevis no tea or coffee. But you can order noodle. Service is great. Receptionist is friendly. We got a pack of tea as a gift. Room is spacious and clean. Amenities are complete. Shower and toilet are separated. Basin is outside the shower, which is great.

😀I’ll start with the positive. Although no one at the front desk could speak a lick of English, everyone did their part in trying to assist me, from arranging pick up from the airport, because I landed quite late at night, to check-in. The staff were all warm and friendly and really tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilities. They get an A for effort. The room was spacious. I liked the floor design of the hotel entrance. It adds some character to the hotel. Check-out at this hotel is 2pm. That’s also a plus. ☹️ check-in took forever and a day. Mainly because the young gentleman at the front desk was new and had never dealt with checking-in a foreigner before my arrival. We had to do the check-in process twice. The corridor and room had a lingering musty smell which my nose refused to acclimate to. The room was really cold. Even after the young lad tried to fix the heat. It just didn’t make a difference in the temperature. I could not and did not sleep at all, because I was so cold. Overall the stay was ok. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff kind of made up for the cold bedroom. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, but if was doable for one night.

Last minute booking from an overnight near the airport. The hotel offers 24/7 airport pick up/drop off. They were helpful to arrange for a foreigner and the hotel had everything you need to rest for a few hours before an early flight. Would stay here again if needed. Thank you to all the staff.

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend during the Qingming Festival holiday. The free airport pick-up service was very good. The driver came very quickly, and the front desk lady was very nice. The most important thing is that the room is very cost-effective, and the bed is very soft and comfortable! I highly recommend staying here. I bought two breakfasts on the third morning. I had to go to the airport at 6 o'clock and thought I couldn't eat. But the front desk lady had already prepared it for us. It was very considerate! You can just close your eyes and enter. It's far from the city center, but it's very convenient to take the subway. I plan to stay here next time 😁

Regarding facilities, the room is as shown in the picture, and the bedding is well stocked. The beautiful lady at the front desk sent tea. Regarding hygiene, the bedding needs to be improved. There are long hairs in the quilt and sheets in the room, and there are black hairs on the surface. Regarding the environment, it is a bit out of the way, but it is much better than other hotels. The airport pick-up is very fast. However, there is a time limit for airport drop-off and you need to make an appointment in advance... You also need to register at the front desk, which is a bit cumbersome. Regarding service, there are many problems when checking in, but the receptionist has been helping to solve them, whether it is the evening shift or the morning shift. The final suggestion: separate the online guests and the group guests. At 5 o'clock in the morning, there were group guests chatting in the corridor, and even knocked on my door. I asked why I knocked on the door, but he didn't say anything and kept knocking. It was scary! The group guests and the online guests really... have a serious reversed schedule. If they are not separated, it will really be difficult to sleep.

The room is clean and sanitary. The tea set in the room is nice, and they also provide raw Pu'er tea. The children like the black tea in the tea box very much. The environment is beautiful and there are special rice noodles for breakfast. It is very cost-effective.
