Better than expected. Location is excellent, just the room a bit old. Anyway, good for short trip

This hotel was perfect for me. They allowed me to check in late. Kevin who greeted me at reception was a delight and made me feel very welcome. I only stayed one night (actually less than 12 hours due to my check in time) but the room was brilliant. The bed was so so comfy and the bathroom was huge. I really liked the shower had a sliding door meaning you could get in without getting soaked as the water warmed up. It was also a great location for onward public transport to Toronto.

The location and service are excellent.

A mainstay in the city; the towering jewel in Hamilton's craggy crown of flatlands and factories. Although somewhat stripped down due to COVID and the march of the years, this Sheraton cannot be beat when it comes to location. It's lodged in a complex that includes the Art Gallery of Hamilton as well as the glittering glamour of Jackson Square, that ever-shuddering heart of the living city. It's always great to spend an evening here, although, as usual, I wish they provided a robe!

The room was very clean and tidy. The manager of the restaurant on the second floor was a warm Hong Kong uncle who was very friendly and could speak Mandarin. He introduced us to the wines in the Toronto area.

The central air conditioner is too noisy. The faucet pressure of the wash basin is too high, just like a high-pressure water gun, and the table is full of water. The bed is clean, there is a refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee machine, and the first floor of the hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall. Various retail stalls and snack stalls close too early. We checked in on Friday and went downstairs to eat. The shops started to close at 5:30. But dollarama closes very late, you can buy snacks and daily necessities. The water temperature of the swimming pool is good, but the disinfectant smell is too strong. The price is the cheapest in this season, without breakfast, less than 780 RMB after tax.

I stayed for four days. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are a wide variety of products opened by Chinese. I can eat fresh fruits and Chinese food every day. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable to sleep on. I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman 😅 glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.

An old hotel with considerate service. Parking in the basement can last until the evening of the next day. It is quite convenient to park here if you want to go shopping nearby (but who would go shopping in Hamilton? Hahahaha). The room facilities are quite satisfactory. Although it has a certain sense of age, it feels very clean. It is an hour drive from the Great Falls.

The bed was very big and parking was inconvenient. There was infrastructure construction going on around the area. I asked the front desk to borrow a kettle and got a quick response. Parking costs 18 dollars per night, and there is a large supermarket nearby.
