"Hi there! It was my second time at the hostel and I really like the rooms. The beds are sturdy. There are two things I would like to critique, the bathroom shower and the toilet are separate, which is nice, but super tiny and they feel a bit cheap. The other one, if you are female traveler like me, the dorm for only females is always much more expensive. This time the price difference was more than half the price Inpaid, last time it would have been double (!) the price compared to the mixed dormitory. To me this feels like a rip off of women trying to feel safe and comfortable while traveling! Please fix your pricing guidelines. Other than that I have been comfortable both times I stayed there."

"Friendly front desk, good housekeeping, spacious room with a nice layout, good linen, excellent air conditioning, stable Wifi even in a distant room, nice TV setup. It should be mentioned that a mini fridge is only available in suites. And please be aware that Berliner Tor is a permanent construction site. Don't plan to arrive at the hotel by train or subway. Do yourself a favor, take a taxi and thank me later."

"Book for 5 nights but no housekeeping maybe it is a serviced apartment but room is clean and well equipped. Sad to say no coffee top up for guest who stay for many days."

"Stayed for 2 days, only water was provided for the first stay, 2 small bottles of 200ml, and no water was provided after that.
There were too many people eating breakfast, the breakfast was just average, there was no this, no that."

"A lot of the things in the room like the fridge was not turned on and it was not explained to me that I needed to turn this on so my food spoiled. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back."

"The hotel is around 7 mins walk from the Hamburg main train station and the S-bahn is just right outside the hotel. This hotel is perfect in terms of the shopping and food options around it.
The hotel is very nice with Rituals product in the toilet which we love. They allowed us to check in early as well upon becoming a member."

"🌟 _A fantastic stay from start to finish!_ The staff at Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Hamburg. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to suit every taste. YYauWendyI have to catch an early flight from Hamburg airport and this hotel is close to the S1 train station. from there within 15 minutes I arrive the airport. It takes me ca. 10 minutes walk from hotel to/from Main train station, with a 30 inch big luggage 🧳
I'm glad I can checkout sharply at 5am, the counter is manned 24 hours and their staff are nice to offer help, e.g. lugguage storage, early checkout

Some rooms still need refurbishment. Continental breakfast very good and plentiful.

GGuest UserОтель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

GGuest User4 day couple trip. Used 2bed room with private bathroom. 10 min walking distance to Berliner Tor Station (U-Bahn/S-Bahn). There is a huge discount supermarket right by the station. Mostly a hostel building with many young residents. Bedsheets/towels/bathroom facilities all clean. Tv did not work. Walls, drapes look old, but not dirty. Slight noise over the night due to young residents. Decent and crowded lobby geared towards young residents. Long lines for non-automated checkin. Overall, price/ service is a perfect match.

Location is a little skeptical as there are many activities in Reeperbahn itself at night which might not be very good for light sleepers.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
