MMike RsClean, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms in a newish building just ten minutes walk from the main Hamburg train station. Location itself is slightly let down by a lack of nearby restaurants and bars in the nearby area although the hotel had a very pleasant top floor bar with nice music on TV screens with spectacular views and lovely staff.

NNovindra aji syahputraI Had a great stay at this Hamburg hostel! The facilities were clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing staff. The receptionist, a kind and helpful woman from Venezuela (I forgot her name), went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, she truly deserves a promotion. Highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. There are two Chinese restaurants nearby. The breakfast is a standard German breakfast. However, the hotel does not provide water, nor does it have a water dispenser. You need to buy water from the machine next to the front desk, and it is easy to buy soda water by mistake. It is recommended to buy water before going to the hotel. It is also very quiet at night, and it is pretty good overall. After all, the price is not expensive, and I am very satisfied overall.

NNick.KirsopBest for short budget trips. Wasn’t the most private, spacious or secure hostel. Shower seemed to be cleaned regularly though had some hairs on the floor. Wasn’t the best stay for me. The downstairs bar section was quite nice and social. They had a laundry service which is helpful.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is a little old. It’s located across from the train station. It is easy to walk around the city or take the trains to other nearby towns. The breakfast selection is not the best but it seems that we had no choice. The room is clean but the shower is a little old with some stains.

Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

TTW20242 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too. The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin. You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free. Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

HHYEONBOOAlmost perfect for the price. First of all, it's very cheaper than other accommodations. I wanted a room which didn't need to be fancy but cheap and not a dormitory room and this hostel had the one. the hostel is well located too, I could walk to Hamburg harbor. The room was small and not soundproof but it fulfilled my needs.
