Best locations and excellent services! This is our first time in Hamburg and I’m so glad to choose here for our staying. I must say the free minibar and coffee machine is second to none which makes it possible for me to wake up with a hot coffee and bring a glass of cola with me when I’m out. Hope we can meet in the future again!

Stayed here for 2 nights from 11th - 13th Was under the impression it would be a good hotel As it was quite pricey & had decent reviews. 1. Windows did not open & the reception refused to open them, Having stayed over 2 nights with no fresh air in the room was horrible. Air conditioning was broken & did not work, Ran the air conditioning the whole day/time I was there & the room was still unbearably hot. 2. First night of the stay found multiple small black bugs on the bed had to check the whole bed before sleep to remove any & asked for the sheets to be changed the next day. 3. Broken pieces of glass found in our room near the window on the floor. 4. 20 minutes after check in, I was sitting on the end of the bed unpacking my bag & my partner having a shower when 2 hotel staff a man & woman knocked one time & barged there way into the room… They apologised, But in reality this pissed me off and is unprofessional. 5. The tv in our room had been dislodged from the wall bracket and was sitting there on a heavy angle, No tooth brush or anything of the sort provided, had to go down stairs to a local pharmacy/supermarket to buy a tooth brush. 6. The phone provided in the room did not make calls to the front desk or work, you would press 1 digit & it would sound like a siren. My final resolution for this hotel is DO NOT STAY HERE. For half of the price you can stay somewhere that has windows that open and fresh air & don’t have bugs on the beds. I had to stay with my partner for 2 whole nights in a hot/muggy/uncomfortable temperature. Look the staff where nice this was probably the only good things about this hotel, But it’s expected you’re a hotel.. I did not bring any of these points to the front reception at the time of stay, As my criticism & bad points where starting become more then just one.

- Service generally good, especially in the restaurant - Room was not equipped well --＞ tissue box missing (after cleaning it was still not refilled); kettle was missing - Shower and shower wall was not cleaned at all - A lot of dust underneath the bed - Shower mat was taken when they cleaned but not brought back - After cleaning shower gel was just thrown beside the sink

Very nice hotel and good location

The hotel is in a very good location. The front desk service is very good. The hotel provides drinks, cola and sparkling water every day. There is a refrigerator and coffee machine

The hotel is in a relatively good location. Speicherstadt, the main train station and the city center are all within walking distance. The breakfast is really varied and super tasty. The staff are very friendly. However, the rest is not really worthy of 5 stars. We stayed in the business rooms because we had to work there for a day. In addition to the significantly smaller size of the rooms and different pictures than those stated when booking, the internet was unfortunately unusable. Too little quality so that team calls were not possible. I then had to switch to my personal hotspot. The gym is super small and only partially well equipped and the spa area unfortunately did not answer my queries at all. Anything can happen and each of them is not a big drama. At the same time, it is a 5 star hotel where you can have corresponding expectations. The long, black hair in the bed after the room was cleaned was the last straw for us (we reported it to reception). It is a solid hotel, but for the price and standards we would probably not go there again.

The hotel is located in a new development, surrounded by many hotels and office buildings, but is easy to reach by bus. The rooms are modern and the beds are extremely comfortable. We were disappointed with the lounge. Apparently no member of staff had been there for hours and so there were none of the advertised snacks. The lounge itself is also rather small and not very attractive. If we had known that, we would have booked a simpler room. We did not have breakfast or any other meals.

The location is a bit remote and it doesn't feel very new, but the stay was good. They checked us in early, provided free minibar snacks and candies. The bed was big and comfortable.

The hotel is right on a main road, the city center and Hafencity are within easy walking distance in 15-20 minutes. Rooms are OK, but not necessarily 5 stars. Chairs a bit worn, radio channels didn't work, TV only limited on a Friday evening. Lobby/entrance lacks charm. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking garage easily accessible and even after checking out you could leave the car there to go into the city. A week before, we had stayed in a 4 star hotel in a different chain in Bonn. The facilities there were much better. So, as we expected a different standard, we were a bit disappointed. We had breakfast at Café Irma in the side street.

A very well-kept and modern hotel. Highly recommended for a city trip. We didn't miss anything!☺️
