Fujiya Hotel
4.7/5121 Reviews
Kowakidani/Miyanoshita
A very old hotel that reveals a rich sense of history, but also has a comfortable modern decoration. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs naked, and you can have a perfect night's sleep. The next day I woke up and walked around the mountains. The air was fresh and it felt particularly clean. The hotel's restaurant has Japanese and Western styles to choose from. I ate different flavors in the two days and made a reservation for a kaiseki meal. It was exquisite and delicious. , there is also a 7-11 snack shop not far from the hotel, which is also good. The hotel service is very good. There was a Chinese-speaking lady who specially helped me move my luggage to the second floor (because there is no elevator), which was a little touching!
The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Sengokuhara Hakone
4.7/545 Reviews
Gora/Sengokuhara
The hotel is located in Sengokuhara, in the middle of a mountain. If you live on a high floor, you can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good. The room and the interior environment of the hotel can only be said to be acceptable, and it is still not as good as some domestic gold diamond level hotels. Service It was raining when we arrived. There were two staff members who could speak Chinese. The whole check-in process was perfect. We booked two meals. The dinner was exquisite and acceptable. We ordered a cup of coffee for after-meal drinks. The beans were too bad. I hope this can be improved. Breakfast was a bit careless. The French dinner rolls were bad. The desserts were placed for too long after the meal. The simple products should be completed about 5 minutes in advance. Bad reviews. There was no menu for breakfast. The ordering was too monotonous. I was forced to eat a few prepared dishes. There was no small range of choices. It was careless and seriously bad reviews. From breakfast to check-out, the whole process felt that there was no care. It was seriously mismatched for a gold diamond hotel.
Kinnotake Sengokuhara
4.6/538 Reviews
Gora/Sengokuhara
The service is impeccable, everyone is very professional and welcoming. There is no public area in the hotel to go shopping, so you can only drive out to play and watch the scenery. I booked two rooms. This room is on a large flat floor and smoking is allowed. My husband is very satisfied. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and satisfying. When I left the store today, I found that even the shoes were wiped very clean, as if they were new
Hakone Retreat Villa 1f
4.7/544 Reviews
Gora/Sengokuhara
This hotel is generally a bad choice, so choose carefully. All the rooms are single-family villas, and they are surrounded by tall pine and cypress trees halfway up the mountain. It is indeed very quiet. The room is in Nordic log style, and the space is quite large. But as a high-end resort hotel, it fails for the following reasons: 1. The biggest complaint is that its food is very, very bad. It's not that I haven't eaten good Kaiseki cuisine. I have been to Japan many times and have experienced delicious Kaiseki cuisine in Kobe's hot spring hotel, and it is very filling. Let's put it this way, the food in this hotel is the worst Japanese cuisine I have eaten in all these years, no one else. There are almost no Japanese employees in the hotel. The people who received us, the waiters in the restaurant, and the people who cook in the kitchen are all Southeast Asians and Indians. Note that the chefs are also. I don't mean to say that Indians are bad, but the chances of them making authentic Japanese food and Japanese service are almost zero. I noticed that all the guests are foreigners, there are no local Japanese people, and I guess this hotel has been abandoned by local Japanese people. 2. The room is not clean. There are many mold spots on the wall. It is terrible for people who love cleanliness😟 3. At 4:00 a.m. on the night we stayed, the whole hotel suddenly lost power, and then the emergency power was activated. The big emergency lighting and doorbell rang repeatedly and shone over my head. It was really annoying to be woken up in the middle of the night. Then no one showed up or apologized or dealt with it afterwards. It's really speechless to encounter such a thing. 4. At 6:00 a.m., there was a radio broadcast, and then there was some prompt in Japanese... My God, I felt like I came here for military training. Then at about 7 or 8 o'clock, the sound of mowing the grass outside was very loud, and I couldn't rest well at all. So in general, the experience of this hotel is very bad. There are other better options at this price. I will never consider it again. I have a shadow on it.
Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu
4.6/5383 Reviews
Kowakidani/Miyanoshita
Ten-yu at Hakone Kowakien is a luxurious escape nestled in nature. The private onsen in every room, featuring Shigaraki-yaki bathtubs, is pure bliss. The infinity onsen on the 6th floor offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. We loved the teppanyaki dinner at the historic Guest House, a true culinary experience. The serene valley garden is perfect for a relaxing stroll. The staff was attentive and the overall atmosphere was incredibly tranquil. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway! Don't miss the delicious sashimi and crab for breakfast!
Hakone Nica
4/54 Reviews
Gora/Sengokuhara
I rarely comment, but this hotel is first-class both in terms of hardware and service. All drinks in the hotel are free, and dinner and breakfast are even better! ! ! Truly a treasure hotel. Although there are only 8 rooms.
