I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had noticeable stains on the carpet,curtains and the upholstery, which made the space feel unkempt and uncomfortable. There were also pen marks on the walls and surfaces, suggesting that proper cleaning had not been carried out. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these issues.so we are requesting for refunding the full amount

Locate near bus stop. Easy to travel along Hakone area. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful hotel!!! And very helpful staff. I love all the facilities in this hotel. There have a big onsen. The location is near the Ropeway just 15 minute. But from train station is a bit far by bus. There also have a welcome drink and snack bar. The breakfast was incredible, too many choice and delicious!! Overall, me and my family had a good time and love this hotel!!

Don't be deceived. The hotel ONLY refurbished the lobby and 2/F restaurant, while the room remains 1980s furniture and smell. The receptionist 佐藤, when asked about the room, rudely responded that she has no idea. How disappointing! I checked in and couldnt wait to leave the room and returned to the room very late. The best thing for me was I only booked one night, and I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Please don't stay here. There are so many other options in the area.

The hotel was renovated & look modern, not traditional onsen hotel. It’s buffet breakfast & dinner, choice a bit limited & fusion. Staff is nice & polite

Great room size with a Japanese quarter. The buffet meals have more than 40 items and excellent. Location is a bit off the main attraction area but quiet and rustic. Accommodation/room equipment can use some update. Otherwise, an exceptional value.

The hotel is located to middle of nowhere. The bus stop though is like 1-2 min away from the hotel. The onsen was just ok. The Yukata is really nice. The breakfast is really good. Helpful staff.

Complaints: 1 It takes not 3 minutes to get to Owakudani as described. You need to take a bus to Taoyuantai and then transfer to a cable car or other means of transportation to get there. It is estimated to take about half an hour. 2 The rooms in the hotel are too old, and only the lobby is newly renovated. The room is so old that it makes people very uncomfortable. I slept very badly for 2 nights. Praise: The hotel provides free coffee and afternoon tea snacks, which are very well done. The hotel's hot springs and facilities are still good.

The room is relatively large, and it feels like 6 people can sleep in it. It is very spacious for the four of us. The bathroom is divided into three rooms, a spacious shower room, a moderate washroom, and a relatively small toilet room. It feels more reasonable to have a more even area between the toilet room and the shower room. Because the hotel has a good hot spring, I have never used the shower room. The smart toilet cover has been replaced, it is small, a little unstable, and not very comfortable to use. The hotel has a rich breakfast and dinner. In addition to hot springs, there are also entertainment projects such as table tennis and KTV. The hotel is in the mountains, very quiet, and the air is good for relaxation.

The hotel has a bit of history, but the price-performance ratio is super high. The buffet with 2 meals is very friendly. It is troublesome to find food in the mountains and it is inconvenient to bring children. There are many types of buffets. After staying for 2 nights, the variety will also change slightly.
