A very satisfying hot spring hotel. The hotel called in advance to ask if I had any dietary restrictions or allergies? Was there any special significance to this trip? I said it was a birthday trip. I didn't expect that they really prepared a birthday celebration for me, and the boss lady also gave me a small gift. Thank you very much🙏 The food is delicious and the service is thoughtful!

Definitely one of the best Ryokan ever stayed. Very accommodative and special requests were granted. Super duper nice staffs. Definitely coming back in the future

Very satisfied and exceeded expectations. I was arranged to stay in Yuxing on the third floor. The room was well maintained. The cherry trees on the balcony were in full bloom, very beautiful and quiet. The maid in the room was also very gentle and attentive. I hope to book a room on the first floor next time~

Due to the limited number of rooms (20 rooms in total), Hakone Ginyu is known as one of the most difficult hotels to book in Hakone. This time I was able to successfully book by chance, which was an unexpected surprise. The actual experience was indeed in line with expectations. The private hot spring in the room was great, and taking a bath facing the valley not far away was indeed a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel are also very good, highly recommended 🌹

This time I stayed at Caiyun on the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful mountain view outside the hotel balcony. The service is also super considerate. The breakfast and dinner are super rich. It is suitable for vacation~
