Location is perfect, right across the station. Room size is good for Japanese standards. Breakfast selection is great! Everyday there's different food and yummy. Really good. Microwave at the ground floor and there's free flow drinks. Staff are friendly and always greet you when you're at level 1.

Very convenient location. only 5 min walk to the morning fish market and plenty of eateries in the area .

Good location! short walk from JR station, morning market place, convenient store opposite, restaurants close by. Great Breakfast! Good Service! Only breakfast area very small and crowded during peak hour. Overall happy with everything.

It takes about 5 minutes walking from JR station. There has space for us to open two luggage at the same time. The city tram station is near to the hotel. There are many different kinds of food stores around the hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and well-communicated with English. It is a good choice for this hotel in respect of the price. The breakfast provided is not bad.

The worst value for money I've seen in Japan. I paid a lot (maybe the prices were inflated because I booked 10 days before my arrival) for a basic, old, shabby hotel, certainly well located in relation to the station but so low-end compared to the price paid... 11 floors and a significant number of rooms, and only one elevator. The waiting time can be very long.. Breakfast "offered". Low-end frozen food, bad and not varied.

5 minutes walk to Hokodate Station. very good location. staffs very friendly, efficient during checkin and check out. lift available. room and bathroom are clean. they prepared welcome drinks, including coffee. breakfast is just nice! πŸ˜€

We were stayed at comfort hotel for 2 nights. It's very close to Hakodate station and morning market. We are recommended for this hotel as it's so convenient and nice Japanese restaurant around the area.

This hotel was very close to the train station and morning seafood market. You can easily access the Hakodate tram line right outside the hotel or walk to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel room we booked was a double bed room and was decently sized. From what I could tell, the room was maybe double the size of others. We didn't partake in their complimentary breakfast, but it looked popular. Laundry and vending machines are on the 2nd floor. All around nice stay.
