I didn't have time to take pictures of the room, but the overall feeling was good. The hotel's receptionists and housekeepers were all very welcoming and smiling, which made people feel very comfortable.

I'm not sure if it was her personal behavior or the hotel trained her like this. I have already complained. - Breakfast, except for the very unpleasant and incredible experience. There may be a lot of people on holidays, and most of the dishes are empty after 9:30. - Checkin The front desk attitude is very good - The room is also satisfactory overall. It's just that the water temperature for showering at night is not ideal and is cold. The water temperature is obviously more suitable the next morning. In addition, there is no spare small portion of toiletries, which is a bit embarrassing for families to wash. - Swimming pool, there are more families with children. At the end of the Spring Festival holiday, I brought my family to Jiaxing for a trip. I chose Haili. The experience when I checked in was good. The front desk staff were nice and the processing was fast. The room was 50 square meters. This price can be said to be very cost-effective. Haili's location is relatively remote in the whole Jiaxing. There are Qiyuan and Guanhaiyuan nearby. If you go there from Shanghai, you can take the children to Dongxing Dairy Farm to feed the cows. You should be able to milk there in the afternoon. We arrived in the morning and did not participate. The buffet dinner is neither good nor bad. I will give you a price-performance ratio. The category is not particularly rich. You can try the small hot pot with children and the elderly. Although there are not many types, it is also okay to eat hot pot. The variety of desserts is relatively rich, and the brands of drinks are really average. When we were leaving, the child may have accidentally knocked over a glass water cup and it broke without us noticing. The hotel called me and said that they would compensate me 20 yuan, which is not expensive, but it is indeed surprising for a five-star hotel. This hotel clearly told me that they would deduct the fee, and because it was the Spring Festival, there was no need to communicate back and forth. The staff said that it would be deducted from the Ctrip deposit, so I agreed and hung up the phone. Not long after, I received a second call from someone who should be a Ctrip staff member, telling me that the money had been negotiated and I didn’t have to pay, and the matter came to an end.

I went to Haiyan with 10 friends for a leisure trip. We chose the New Century Grand Hotel as our first choice. The hotel is upscale and the rooms are large and clean. I especially want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk (on the afternoon shift on February 15th). He was very careful to help us arrange the rooms on the same level in advance. When he learned that we had booked a package of accommodation + double buffet, he was very kind to help us book a table for 10 people. It felt great! Come again next time!

Kaiyuan is a brand I often choose when I travel or go on business trips in China. The price/performance ratio is good. This Kaiyuan is located in a relatively suburban area, but Haiyan is not big, and it is relatively quiet if you don't live in the city. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very convenient.

The service was great and it was quiet, so I stayed another night. We responded quickly to requests. The breakfast was varied and the restaurant was large. It would be better if the carpet was cleaner. The gym is open to the public and is still worse than the Jiaxing Marriott. When I was running, a woman from outside, probably a member, talked loudly with another old lady (staff), ignoring the others and making a lot of noise.
