Krabi Town Hotels with Gym

We stayed at Pakasai for 3 days and 2 nights, and I have to start by mentioning the service. From check-in all the way through check-out, Hakim, Kik & Kor were fantastic. They walked us through the hotel and explained everything in the room, and they even had our room ready an hour before the official check-in time. Everything was handled very efficiently and they made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The main area I think could be improved is the breakfast. The hotel itself is very convenient and we enjoyed our stay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more attention to the breakfast quality and setup. To be specific, the Koko Krunch-style cereal tasted more like a generic/no-brand cereal, and the drinks at the counter had ice tubes in them but still weren’t particularly cold. The bread basket where the sourdough was kept also couldn’t be closed properly, and there was an opening underneath it, so we noticed small fruit flies around and inside the bread area. The butter was also placed over at the fruit section rather than near the bread and toaster, which was quite an odd setup and not very convenient. The waffles were made in advance, so unfortunately they had already become soggy by the time we took them. The sausages actually tasted really good, but they were extremely salty. These may sound like small things individually, but I think improving them would make quite a big difference to the overall breakfast experience. A few other things we noticed during our stay: The hotel does have quite a lot of mosquitoes during the rainy season. It would be really helpful to provide mosquito repellent spray in each room, especially during this period. We also had some trouble with the hot water when it was raining, as the water wasn’t consistently hot. For Room 1519 specifically, I would recommend checking the sliding-door lock. We couldn’t figure out how to properly lock it despite trying multiple times with the key card. It might also be helpful for staff to explain how the sliding-door locking system works during the room walkthrough, as it wasn’t very intuitive. Lastly, the toiletries/soap are secured inside the bathroom, while the bathtub is outside. This makes it quite inconvenient if you want to use the soap or shower gel while using the outdoor bathtub. It would make much more sense to have an additional set accessible near the bathtub. Overall, we still had a very pleasant stay, and the service from Hakim, Kik & Kor was definitely the highlight. The staff were warm, attentive and efficient. I think with a few improvements to the breakfast experience and some of these smaller room details, the overall experience could be much better and more in line with what you would expect from a 4-star resort.

I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I'm quite good at choosing rooms! All the drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary! They even provide extra bottles of water! The breakfast quality is excellent, super delicious, even better than the Holiday Inn next door! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The service here is fantastic, the staff are all very nice and always smiling. Facilities: The pools are great for swimming, there are several, and even a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The massages are also very good and not expensive, and the therapists are skilled. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. Even the trash cans are spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The management is very professional. Although the room is a bit older, it's very clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Seeker Krabi Resort.The resort is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and massage places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel was the most satisfying of our entire trip to Thailand: 1. The front desk service was warm and professional. 2. The weekend band performances were excellent. 3. The themed rooms had great views and excellent facilities. 4. The pool was absolutely massive, well-maintained, and very clean. 5. The hotel offered a wide range of activities suitable for both adults and children. The only downsides: Firstly, we booked the tennis court for an hour and were charged 600 Thai Baht, but the court's condition wasn't very good. We felt that a court like that wasn't worth the charge. Secondly, from my personal perspective, the hotel's breakfast wasn't quite to my taste. I didn't care for the cold dishes, and I prefer a half-buffet, half-à la carte style.

We got an upgraded room, which included a bathtub on the balcony. The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. However, the hotel's day tours and restaurants were quite expensive, and there were no other dining options nearby, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, it was an amazing stay. We started our vacation here and liked it so much that we decided to extend our vacation and come back after our stay at our second hotel! The hotel definitely has its charm, nice pools and stunning views. Just don’t expect too much from this 4-star hotel, as it is dated and many facilities and interiors require renovation. The breakfast selection was quite limited, especially for European tastes and children. Most options were Asian-style dishes, with no alternatives apart from omelets and fruit. The beach restaurant was rather pricey, so we usually ate at another restaurant further down the beach, which was delicious and better value for money. What made our stay wonderful was our 2-bedroom beachfront pool villa, the calm sea, and, of course, the people. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary with a private beachfront dinner, which was an incredible and delicious experience. 1. The villa The huge villa gave our family of four two bedrooms, a private pool big enough to swim in, and beautiful, tranquil Tubkaek beach right at our doorstep. It was exactly what I was looking for! It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, with a large refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of tableware. The beds were quite firm, but the pillows were comfortable enough for me. The towels, however, were noticeably old and worn and could definitely use replacing. A new hotel was being built on the neighboring property. Although our villa was at the edge of the resort on that side, the construction didn’t bother us or disturb the tranquility. The location is very peaceful and secluded, but there was no infrastructure nearby - 7-11, currency exchange, laundry services, etc. - you will need a taxi or car to get around. 2. The people and service The staff were great. I’d especially like to highlight the Reservations Manager, Tohn (Pornpimon Inchan), who was very helpful and patient with all my advance inquiries (I had quite a few 😅) and did everything possible to make things happen. Laan was another great employee: incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. We felt very welcomed by him throughout both stays and he helped us with everything we needed or asked for. He was also our personal assistant at the private dinner and made those special moments even better with his thoughtful, proactive attitude and kind smile. A few things, however, could be improved. Communication in English was sometimes challenging, as quite a few staff members, including some at reception, had rather limited English. The Wi-Fi in our villa was poor. I was told new equipment needed to be installed and was offered another villa, but moving wasn’t an option for us. When we returned 11 days later, the Wi-Fi had not improved, so I used mobile internet instead. Housekeeping was flawless during our first stay. During our second, however, our villa wasn’t serviced one day after we put up the “Please make up my room” sign. We eventually asked for fresh towels and water, but initially received towels for two instead of four. I expected more attention to detail in the hotel’s most expensive villa. The villa also showed its age in places. I liked having separate air-conditioning units in each room, but they were quite noisy, all the doors were rather squeaky, some appliances were dated, and there were a couple of leaks. I reported some of these issues at check-out and asked maintenance to check and fix the villa before our return. However, 11 days later nothing had been fixed, although they knew we were returning to the same villa and it had been empty for at least one day. Without these relatively minor maintenance issues, the villa would have been pretty much perfect for us. That said, none of this changed how much we enjoyed our stay. The villa, incredible beachfront setting, and, above all, some truly wonderful people made our time at Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort very special — special enough for us to come back.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach by IHG, staying on a room package that included breakfast for five days. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but there were a few things worth sharing—especially for fellow Muslim travellers. We had assumed the breakfast buffet would be fully halal-friendly. While there were halal options available, pork was also served, so do keep that in mind if that’s important to you. The biggest frustration was the breakfast package itself. Although we had prepaid for all five days, the hotel had no record of it. Every single morning we had to explain that breakfast was included, which became quite irritating. Thankfully, after raising the issue for the third time, the team finally resolved it. As a kind gesture, they treated us to drinks at one of their restaurants, which we appreciated. A special anniversary touch was also a little confusing. Mr. Yah mentioned that a small cake would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. On our final day, we received a brownie instead—perhaps that was the “small cake” he was referring to. That said, we absolutely loved the beautiful welcome message arranged on our bed when we arrived. It made us feel very special. Our daughter, Ava, had the best time! She absolutely loved the Kids Club and the mini water park, which kept her entertained for hours and made the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family. The resort’s layout took a little getting used to. It’s spread across multiple levels, so navigating around was slightly confusing on the first day. After that, it became much easier. However, families with strollers or anyone with mobility challenges should be aware that moving between the different levels can be a bit of a challenge. Despite a few hiccups, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and tried to make things right when issues were raised, and the resort offers a great atmosphere for families. With a few improvements in communication and record-keeping, the experience would have been even better.

The location is great, not far from Ao Nang beach and within walking distance, with restaurants all along the way. The pool is large, and the room is spacious and clean with a bathtub. Overall, it's good, but I have to deduct points for the staff's service. I also work in a hotel. My male friend and I came here for a vacation, thinking this place was good. That night, we came back from outside a little past midnight, about to enter the hotel to rest. A large, female staff member spoke to us in a tone that was inappropriate for guests. She asked which room we were in. We told her the room number. Then she asked if we had an ID. We said we had a reservation. She just replied, ”Oh,” and walked away without apologizing. I told my friend, and he said it was very rude. I wasn't okay with it because I also work in customer service. I treat my customers well because I expect to receive good service from staff as well. I want to say that no matter who the customer is, you are a service staff member, and your words have an impact. We didn't report it to the front desk because we were in a hurry to check out and go somewhere else. Everything else was fine, but if I were to stay here again, I'd pass for now.
