GGuest UserJulio from the restaurant, Hugo the driver, and Omar from reception was awesome. They went out of the way to do extra for the clients. Superb service

GGuest UserVery satisfied, sea view room, with a simple version of the kitchen, with a balcony. The location is good, the sea is just downstairs, and it is also the core location of the city😁

There is a dead mosquito on the pillow in the room, hair on the bed sheet, the white paint brushed in the swimming pool in the room will fade, dyed legs are all over the place...
🍃Environment: In addition to the room, the environment in the public area is very good. The room is a relatively expensive room type, a sea view villa, but the scenery is really not as good as the lobby... The decoration is also indescribable, and the minimalist style has been turned into a simple style
🔔Service: The service is ok, the restaurant is delicious, and the sunset view is also good
If you can live in a normal room type, the sea view villa is really not recommended, it is not worth it…
There are two local 5-stars, one Banyan Tree, and the other is this one. I really don't understand, 4 stars are too much...

AAldo NLCon la reciente remodelación está muy bien, lo único malo es un se cobra el estacionamiento como adicional y no es dentro del hotel, es en unas instalaciones adicionales que aún está en remodelación

LLegalEagleAlthough Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy.
The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner.
All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

SSEA URCHINVery old building and WiFi was super bad. You can not find from photo images but it's quite different from photos in advertising. However I enjoyed location and staff are all friendly and nice, room was big enough and I enjoyed.
