Hotel was very beautiful, staff was excellent, food was just ok.
Every night dinner buffet was mostly the same, it needs more variety.
Especially since we stayed over Christmas.

GGuest UserI used it for the wedding anniversary celebration.
I've seen it in a magazine before, and I've been worried about it all the time, and this time I was able to ask my long-cherished wish come true.
The room, the food and the staff were able to spend a very good time with two people more than expected.
The facility name LOQUAT means ”Biwa”, and there is a ”Shirabiwa” that can only be seen in this area on the premises.
When I heard it at dinner, I thought it was a nice story, but after checking out, I asked the staff to suggest that it was the season, and I had a harvest experience.
It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience.
He also experiences making biwa sake, which seems to be very interesting.
In the future, I am very looking forward to increasing the number of 々 experience plans.
It is an inn that I want to visit again on an important day.
GGuest UserIf you take the bus to Shuzenji, remember to get off at the stop in the picture. The hotel is in the mountains and very quiet. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and men and women use them in different time periods. They will explain it clearly when you check in. The service is also very good, highly recommended
Zzy_yuThe hotel is close to the entrance of the hot spring street. Take the C10 bus from Shuzenji Station and get off at the 6th stop. Go forward, turn left, cross the bridge, and turn left to see the hotel entrance. Breakfast and dinner are buffets. Change shoes after entering the lobby of the hotel. Walk around barefoot in socks throughout the hotel. After checking in at the door, choose your own yukata and take toiletries. There are many yukata patterns. There are 7 private baths on the 4th floor of the hotel. No reservation is required. Just wait in order in the private bath hall and enter the private bath room. Use it for a maximum of half an hour at a time. There is an open-air public bath on the 9th floor. The lobby is actually the 3rd floor. The 4th to 8th floors are guest rooms, and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. For some reason, even if you book on Ctrip 2 to 3 months in advance, the room floor is still the lowest. After all, there is a private bath and laundry room on the 4th floor, so it doesn't matter if the floor is a little lower. The washing machine here is free to use, and the dryer is 100 yen for 20 minutes. In general, it's pretty good overall. If I have to point out some shortcomings, I think it may be because of the tatami mats. If you walk upstairs with a little more weight, you can feel a thumping sound. If there are children running, it's even worse. In addition, the opening and closing of windows in the adjacent rooms also makes a loud noise.
GGuest UserAmazing service and onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor, private and public baths to choose from. There are unlimited drinks from the drinks machines and also other complementary food services.
Both the meals, breakfast and dinner, were exquisite. It was great to experience traditional Japanese dining.
The traditional Japanese building was like a labyrinth and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the many halls and gardens. The location is also great and there are many shops and temples around the area.
All in all the perfect place to have a more traditional Japanese experience whilst receiving excellent service.
YYingtaoxiaowanziThis is the largest hotel with the best lighting and the most comfortable environment I have ever stayed in. The kawabe cuisine feels great. The room is a pleasant surprise, a combination of Japanese and Western styles, clean and sanitary. There is a private hot spring bathtub on the balcony, listening to the sound of running water. The outdoor private bath is also great. I recommend the beauty under the moon, which is very freehand. I highly recommend it! I will come again if I have the chance! There is a shuttle bus to the station in the morning. The old man is kind and enthusiastic.
GGuest UserWe booked a balcony suite with Mount Fuji view, but we were not told whether it was on the first or second floor when we checked in. We found it was not the room type we wanted, and we were told that they had no room type to change to. Moreover, they forgot our luggage at the front desk and did not deliver it to the room. We went to the front desk to ask, and they did. It was inconvenient to enter and exit, and the staff's English was not very good, so communication was difficult. In short, it was not worth the price...
GGuest UserI made a reservation to coincide with the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival.
I took a hot spring bath as soon as I arrived, and the large indoor bath and outdoor rock bath had a feeling of openness that was really great.
The quality of the spring water is very good and you won't get too hot, so you can enjoy it over and over again. I love that you can come in from 5am!
When I took a walk outside at night, I was very moved by the starry sky.
The staff are very kind and I am very satisfied overall.
There was a golf course right in front of the hotel, so next time I would like to stay with friends and make a golf reservation.
Ddorisyu4853The decoration is in the Western style of the 1980s. For some years, the room we stayed in still has paint smell. I don’t know if it has been repaired recently. I am a little worried about whether the health will be affected. The location is really partial, there is nothing around, the hotel is also small, only eight rooms, no public entertainment facilities, no public hot springs. It rained heavily on the day we arrived and could only stay in the room with no view. Be careful not to drive by yourself. Traffic is too difficult. Compared with such an expensive house price, I really want to faint. Just came from Asahi of Shuzenji the day before, this price is more expensive than Asana, but the experience is like mud. The price/performance ratio is too low. I don't know what the bottom line is. The good place is good service, good ingredients for dinner and breakfast, the next day the weather cleared, saw Mount Fuji, at the same time the hotel helped to contact a reasonable price taxi to the next destination, which is a little soothing to check the mood of the day.
GGuest UserVery good as a facility and the meal was very satisfying
The air conditioner and dryer smelled moldy
At breakfast, a child about elementary school student did not mask despite the buffet form, and coughed with his hand and coughed, and wanted to eat slowly, but I immediately got a seat
The parents who don't make the mask are the first to be sorry, but because it is such a time, the staff also wanted to be careful.
The other was really good, so I want to go again when the corona settles down
AApple mamaFacilities: The room and hotel facilities are very complete. The hotel has restaurants, shops, hot springs, and you can also enjoy the swimming pool and hot springs of the nearby Marriott Hotel
Hygiene: clean management
Environment: comfortable, very peaceful
Service: The only disadvantage is that the hotel does not have an elevator, you have to move your luggage by yourself, and there are no staff helpers
The front desk staff is very patient to answer and explain all questions👍
