"This is a high-end resort hotel that combines traditional Japanese style with modern services. The hotel covers a large area and has villas and Japanese-style rooms. The area is very large and all built along the river. It used to be a high-end place for celebrities in Tokyo, Japan to vacation, gather and relax. There are many buildings and old objects from decades ago. Both the indoor hot springs and public hot springs are good. The outdoor hot spring can deeply feel the hotel's business philosophy and the deep integration of man and nature."

"The environment is nice, clean, and hygienic. There's no turndown service. It's right by the sea, so you can go for a walk in the evening. There are quite a few people fishing on the pier. There were a few insects near the hot spring in the room, probably because there's a mountain behind the hotel, but I managed to catch a few bigger ones! 💪 The sunset was beautiful, and lying in bed at night, I could even see the moon from my childhood! The photos are straight from the camera, unedited. The parking lot isn't at the hotel, which is inconvenient, and there's a lot of traffic when crossing the road. 😂"

"We stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday trip. He became ill on the way to the hotel, so they quickly changed our dinner to in-room dining. We also requested a surprise cake, and they took his condition into consideration and served it with breakfast the next morning, which was a great help. We were truly moved by the staff's courteous and warm service, as well as their attentive attention to detail. Thank you again for your flexibility in accommodating our irregular request. This is a hotel I've always admired, so I was very happy to have stayed here. We will definitely stay again. Thank you."

"All aspects of the environment are very satisfactory, the food is very good, but the Japanese-style hotel that does not accept children. It is my favorite Japanese-style hot spring hotel. Another point is that it is more convenient to drive by yourself. However, the hotel should arrange a station pick-up and drop-off. Dinner: Super delicious!"

"We stayed as a couple in their 50s and their son and his wife. Dinner was served in the dining area, and the hot dishes were kept warm. The portions were generous, the flavor was great, and the all-you-can-drink alcohol was a delight for heavy drinkers. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying, with the option to grill dried fish at the table. The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from our room was great. There was also an open-air hot spring bath, so we were able to relax while looking out at the sea. Overall, we were satisfied for the price. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there was no air conditioning in the corridors we used to move around, which was quite hot in this heatwave. Even after washing off the sweat in the bath, we were drenched in sweat by the time we got back to our room. (The air conditioning in the rooms was comfortable.)"

When staying at AlimSTAY IZU, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Izu City has to offer. Unwind by relaxing in the property's 2 free hot springss. During your down time, sip on a drink at the bar or perk up your senses with a coffee at the cafe. At this hotel, you'll have access to a executive lounge and tea room. Staff at this property's front desk can speak 2 languages, including English. Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.

"While I had no complaints about the hotel, those arriving by car should be aware of the parking. The reservation website also mentions paid parking, but I didn't receive the details until the day of check-in. I received the following email just before check-in: If I had known in advance that a parking fee of up to 2,400 yen would be charged, I would have considered other hotels with free parking. Since a parking fee of up to 2,400 yen seems quite high compared to the room rate, I wish they would make it more reasonable by opening a partner parking lot. ■Parking ・Matsubara Park Parking Lot (public) ・1 day (starting at midnight) 1,200 yen ・Free entry and exit for up to 2 hours → 1,200 yen the next day for parking after 22:01 → 2,400 yen (2 days) for parking until 21:59"

Each room is 100 square meters and equipped with an open-air bath. This is the perfect seat to view Mount Fuji rising from the sea. Located amidst the grandeur of Mount Fuji and the vast ocean, Mizunosato "Fugaku Gunjo" resembles a modern and luxurious art museum, offering a high-end space where one can feel the warmth of nature and forget the passage of time. The decor is not overly ornate, embracing the simplicity of nature. Time flows leisurely over the water's surface, with only the quiet repetition of the earth's activities. At the end of the corridor extending from the lobby are eight coveted guest rooms. Each room features a deck terrace facing the sea, with suite rooms that offer open-air hot spring baths with panoramic views of the World Heritage Site Mount Fuji and Suruga Bay. This lodge cherishes the moments when you can gaze at the magnificent view from the bath, whether during the sunset that paints the sea in the west or the serene dawn.

"The decoration is in the Western style of the 1980s. For some years, the room we stayed in still has paint smell. I don’t know if it has been repaired recently. I am a little worried about whether the health will be affected. The location is really partial, there is nothing around, the hotel is also small, only eight rooms, no public entertainment facilities, no public hot springs. It rained heavily on the day we arrived and could only stay in the room with no view. Be careful not to drive by yourself. Traffic is too difficult. Compared with such an expensive house price, I really want to faint. Just came from Asahi of Shuzenji the day before, this price is more expensive than Asana, but the experience is like mud. The price/performance ratio is too low. I don't know what the bottom line is. The good place is good service, good ingredients for dinner and breakfast, the next day the weather cleared, saw Mount Fuji, at the same time the hotel helped to contact a reasonable price taxi to the next destination, which is a little soothing to check the mood of the day."

"I had a good time with my dog. It was quiet and the scenery was good, and there was an open-air bath in each room, so I was able to enter at any time. Most of the staff are foreigners, but they were good at Japanese and there was no problem."
