Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

The housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll!
Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

We are retired elderly, all the way to our daughter to help book a room, the hotel service is very thoughtful, pick us up at the high-speed rail station, really worry-free and warm. The hotel entrance is not easy to find and not very conspicuous, but the bamboo background of the front desk is quite design-oriented. The hotel upgraded my room type for free. The room is large and clean. The window faces the mountain and the mountain air is very good. My family is quite satisfied with the stay. This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed at.
The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station.
The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing.
There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too.
Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

I came to Wuyi Mountain by car and found that the hotel is very large and there is a large parking lot. After the waiter introduced it, I found that it was a state-owned old hotel. I went out and turned right to the tea Expo Park. It took only ten minutes to walk to Impression Dahongpao. The south gate of the scenic spot is also two kilometers away. The transportation is convenient. At first, I was afraid that the facilities and equipment of the old hotel room would be old. As a result, the newly renovated room was clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. Unexpectedly, the back garden could see Dawangfeng. It was really a surprise. She help with my itinerary and she even being my go to call when I need help with translate. The sisters ( that is the receptionist ladies ) is also eager to please with anything that we need, truly there is no other place to stay is better in the area if you are looking for a great place to stay , served with warm heart and many upgraded for free. The location is very convenient. It is in the Sangu Resort area and there are many restaurants nearby. It is about ten minutes' walk to Impression Dahongpao.
The hotel facilities are relatively new, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view. Be sure to go to the top-floor observation deck to take photos. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is noisy. The TV happened to be broken during our stay for a few days. Fortunately, it can cast the screen.
The waiters are responsive to requests and can communicate directly through WeChat, which is more convenient. They will also recommend some food, travel routes, etc. as reference.

LL-1109It’s really a treasure house. I used to live in Sanguhe Commercial District many times. This time I lived on the river side and was awakened by birds. The boss was very enthusiastic. He accompanied me to make tea and drink tea. The boss has a lot of collections and the layout is very careful. There is a kind of homestay that has accumulated. Not the simple kind of ins aluminum alloy sun room now, the elderly friends who came together like it very much.
In addition, the location is very good, just under the Dawangfeng, walk into Wuyi Palace for 15 minutes, go to stop, or Wuyi Palace Station to various places are very close, the small seven restaurant on the side is also good, I feel that Wuyi Mountain is more considerate and meticulous than before after three years, and it is worth the money. Iivan khongFantastic hotel. Near to airport. Located a 7yuan taxi ride away frim the town centre but well worth it if you are looking for a nice, secluded, away from city feel. Very nice. A river flows in front and rear of the hotel, nice and quiet. A quaint village is located which you can take a stroll in if you wanna see village life. Very nice picturesque area with an old bridge, great for sunrise pics.
Food is good. Staff very friendly. Willing to recommend restaurants to eat in. Also recommended to take the bamboo raft ride down the 9 bend stream at wuyi shan nature park. Also recommended the Impressions Dahongbao live show, not to be missed.
Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating. She recommended places that we would not have thought of and even suggested hotels in Xiamen for our next stop in our itinerary, and we chose the Holiday Inn next to the airport. Also suggested.places in other provinces we should go in our next trip to China.

The hotel environment is very good and not noisy at night. You can walk to Chongyang Creek and Yushu Park for a walk. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Xiamei the next day.

MMaja VA great place! The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and has a nice terrace to enjoy, when the weather is not too hot. The food is also amazing. When we arrived we first ate lunch and had this bamboo broth that was delicious. Also the way the welcome children is very heartwarming. They had a lot of toys they shared with our two boys and it was great when we came back in the evening and we wanted to relax a bit, the boys could play there. One evening the owner daughters had a birthday and they even shared the cake with them. Really so toughtful and nice!
We chose this hotel also for it's location. Because we arrived in the afternoon, we still wanted to check some attractions and it was really perfect that the hotel is within and walking distance to bamboo rafting. When we were there the last ride was scheduled for 15:40, so we managed to have lunch and still came on time for the raft ride.
Definitely a very good place to stay if you are in Wuyishan area.
