I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings.
