"Very clean and spacious hotel! Service provided by the staff were very good as well. Room was clean and tidy and amenities are provided at the reception area when you check in. The hotel is also walking distance from various food stalls and just right beside is a shopping mall. Very nice experience!"

"A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful.
They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full.
Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend."

"Better than expected after reading the reviews, the room is so big! I was also very happy in the children's playground. I played 3 games in total. Later, I simply ordered takeout instead of eating out to let the children play thoroughly! Hope the room rate can be more favorable, then we will book again more frequently!"

"If I could have given 0 I would for service. The hotel to be fair was super convenient. That’s about it. The service rendered by the hotel was sub par. I ordered a birthday cake from the lobby bakery and asked to be delivered to my room at 7pm for a surprise. Am I was surprised indeed. When i reached my hotel room at 7.30pm and there was no cake to be found. I went to the bakery, they don’t know what happened to my cake and it was nowhere to be found. And no service recovery was given. No apologies. Horrible service from a 5 star hotel. The checkout staff also did not ask about my stay. Horrible service. I would never stay there again."

AAnonymous UserStayed in the family room with 2 double bed. Sleep comfortably for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Walking distance to many attraction nearby. Shopping mall is right beside the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside of the stay is the 4pm check in time.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well equipped however the AC was very noisy with little possibility to adjust.
Street noise was bad on one wing of the hotel, I had to request to be relocated to another side which the staff accommodated after some follow up and ”encouragement”. It was strange that after 9pm there was no drink or food available at any of the restaurants or bar. The reception staff was kind enough to extend our stay by 1h without additional charge.

GGuest UserThe room comes with fruit, and there is an underground parking lot which is nice, but the space is limited and it is on a first come, first served basis. If you want to go out and come back, there may be no space. There are many bars and food nearby! Dan Dan Burger is right next to it

GGuest UserWe stayed in a double room on the fifth floor. Although the room was next to the elevator, it was not as noisy as expected. The soundproofing was good. The room was decorated in an elegant style and was very cozy. There were two soft and hard pillows to choose from, but both were relatively inelastic. The bed was a firm support that I personally preferred. The water supply from the faucet was sufficient and the temperature was high enough. The bath products were imported. The small drawback is that the TV is small, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The service staff downstairs are attentive to help open the door and guide, and there is a small mini bar available for you to take when you rest. Will take it into consideration for next stay!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very big. The deluxe family room has a double bed, two single beds, a full bathroom (with shower + bathtub), a half bathroom (toilet + washbasin), and two TVs. It is really comfortable for three people to stay in. The breakfast is delicious, with a rich variety of dishes and freshly brewed beef soup. There is an underground flat parking space. I will stay here again next time I go to Tainan.
