I love this hotel it’s so cute

It was very impressive.! The facilities were clean and very friendly, and especially the breakfast was very good, so I was very satisfied. If I come to Gwangju, I want to go there again.

It was clean and the price was good. They also provided a simple breakfast, which was nice.

I picked the 3-person family bed because it was in good condition! Requested additional cost for 1 person when checking in.. I don't think there was a notice when making the reservation.. I paid because I thought I didn't check. I made the reservation because it was good value for money since breakfast was included.. However, I checked at the elevator on site that breakfast was not available on Mondays.. When I asked at the counter, they said that's right. Then, I think saying breakfast is included on the reservation screen is a deception for customers. If they solicit customers like this, Brown Dot's image will be bad.. I liked my experience at the Changwon branch last year, but it's completely different here!

Breakfast was good because it had a variety of Korean food, ramen, cereal, and toast, and since it was a parking tower parking system, they provided valet parking. The room was warm, but the central control made the interior feel stuffy, so I thought it would be good to have an air purifier, but otherwise I was satisfied. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the location was great, so it was easy to visit nearby places I needed. It was good for a one-night stay. I read in a review that the vending machine on the first floor was free to use, but when I asked to use it, it was paid! You can refer to it when using it for 100 won.

The staff were friendly, it was clean, there was no smell, it was quiet, and the breakfast was good. It was a comfortable and clean place to stay without any complaints.

It was clean because it was newly built and the TV was big, which was nice.

It was clean and the breakfast was delicious. There seemed to be a slight smell of cigarette smoke coming from the system air conditioner, but it wasn't too bad.

It was a royal family twin room for 4 people, and I was surprised at how clean the interior was than I expected. There was a large table where 4 people could comfortably gather and chat, so it was great to have a chat while facing each other. Highly recommended.

BIXPO 행사로 인한 호텔예약 전쟁통에서도 똑같은 가격을 유지해서 좋았습니다.. 기계식 주차가 조금 불편할 것 같았는데, 주차도 해주시고 아침에 나올때 미리 차를 빼 놓아 주시는 발렛이상의 서비스에 만족합니다. 감사합니다.

호텔이 깔끔하고 룸안에 스타일러도 있어서 출장중 사용하기 참 좋았어요. 아침 조식도 무료로 운영중이라 맛있게 먹었습니다.

하루 잘 지내다 왔네요. 주변에 식당들도 많아서 식사도 잘했네요.
