位置很好，樓下就是餐廳，大排檔和便利店，價格親民，很多店都是24小時營業。
店主很用心的在做民宿，從裝修設計到物品選擇，到衞生標準都很贊，不比酒店差。

服務：老闆很熱情
在這裏像是回到自己家住一樣，這裡有很健談的老闆娘，會親自泡手沖咖啡給我喝，很好，也瞭解了一些以前不知道的咖啡知識。一個人的臨時旅行，肆意睡到自然醒，下樓在老闆的咖啡店坐着發呆，和老闆 老闆娘聊天 ，喝着老闆娘泡的不同品種的咖啡☕，隨意的分享着一些過去或未來的故事，我覺得這是我想要的「鬆弛感」，以及走在太陽下山以後貴陽的街頭，微風陣陣，橫掃前兩個月在南方城市某個寫字樓里加班的抑鬱心情，這是我年假的開始，很好，祝老闆娘生意興隆，後面會再來住哈哈哈～～

首先我是來旅遊的，不是託！老闆姐姐人超級好！去她咖啡廳坐了會聊了會，主要都是他自己的房子，她自己很愛惜，給打掃衞生阿姨工資比較高，打掃的非常乾淨，床單備品都用的好品質，投影儀還自己開了會員！強烈推薦，離北站，地鐵站也不遠，來貴陽住的方便住的舒服！推薦！

房間真的非常舒適，全屋智能好好用，對於女孩子來説，有帶烘乾功能的洗衣機和風力足夠的吹風機真的好爽！超級值得推薦的，房間也很乾凈，而且房東還會提前聯繫告知很多注意事項，知道住宿的兩天時間會有雨，還提醒我們記得帶傘！下次去貴陽還要住這裏！我是真的滿意
