This hotel was booked for this trip. The facilities are very complete and the staff is considerate. Both the staff in the lobby and the aunt in the housekeeping department are very enthusiastic, proactive, polite and friendly, and feel at home! The self-service coffee on the first floor is very convenient, and the breakfast is also delicious. In addition, I would like to give special praise to the beautiful lady Xiao Shen for her thoughtful service! ! First of all, since I booked two nights on different platforms, she actively communicated with me and helped me solve the problem of staying in a row; secondly, she helped the elderly who arrived first to check in early, saving them from waiting for a long time; thirdly, she helped to arrange the sofa bed, giving us a comfortable stay experience! Finally, she helped us add a breakfast! A small gift was also given before leaving!
In short, it is very recommended to stay in this hotel when traveling to Guiyang. The cost performance is very high! ! Ppetercclam1I have been to many hotels around the world and nothing comes close to this very unique boutique hotel which is also a space for local artists to display their beautiful paintings. The modern slick European style architectural furnishings make each room so unique and beautiful, it's absolutely amazing. Along with that, the hotel goes out of their way to give you the best service. Free afternoon tea to your room on arrival, a surprise gift pack, smart rooms with movie projector, smart curtains, smart toilet. Help yourself to free snack, fruits, drinks and coffee at any afternoon and supper. Great self help laundry and gym. And if that wasn't enough, it's situated on the 17th & 18th floors in Block 3 of a high rise estate, right above the Songhua Road subway station, Exit B, among two modern shopping centers and hundreds of restaurants at your door step. It's also situated next to the White House and a wetland park. The view above feels like you are above Central Park in New York, NY. It only took us around 35 min to arrive from Guiyang North HSR train station. This is probably the best location you can find for a short or long stay in Guiyang. The staff will also advise you on how to arrange a 1 to 4 days trip around the province of Guizhou . We took a 4 days trip with the China Travel Service and were able to store our large luggage with reception until we returned 4 days later. We are so happy with the staff, service, room and amenities of this hotel that I would stay recommend all my Australian family and friends to do the same when they visit Guiyang. This is a five star boutique hotel without the cost of other five star hotels. Best value for. money.

Environment: Newly renovated, which gave the place an excellent overall feel. It's also conveniently located close to all the main attractions in the city center.

1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance.
2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs!
We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water.
3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof.
4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE!
5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

SShufuThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and responsible; whenever we had a request, they were diligent and went above and beyond to assist us. The Guest Relations Manager was also exceptionally kind and patient. The hotel's decor is very elegant, and I particularly loved the unique and pleasant fragrance in the lobby. During check-in, I was also delighted to see the lobby adorned with numerous beautiful and meticulously cared-for floral displays. On the 5th floor, there's a charming pet-friendly restaurant, and it was simply adorable to watch the little animals frolicking around. The restaurant itself was spacious, offering a pleasant ambiance and plenty of seating.

MM45445****Stayed in an upgraded room type. The lighting was a bit brighter than the standard rooms, and the full-length mirror was moved to beside the bed. The air conditioning was remote-controlled and the noise level was acceptable. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Guiyang North Station if you don't have luggage, but you'll definitely need a taxi if you do.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
