I just visited Banqiao Art Village with my friends and randomly booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so nice! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the full Christmas atmosphere. Check-in was also very fast. The staff were warm and thoughtful, and the service was professional and first-class. They also thoughtfully recommended nearby special snacks and restaurants 👍. The room was clean and bright, and the bed was super comfortable. There is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel with everything to eat and parking is very convenient. All in all, from check-in to departure, every part was very satisfying. I will choose here again next time I have the chance.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. There are many delicious restaurants around! There are also bars and so on. The front desk lady has a very sweet smile, and the guest manager Stacey is very enthusiastic! The service is considerate! I will stay here again next time I come to Guiyang!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel service is very good, the environment is also quite good, quite petty bourgeoisie and warm. The housekeeper called me several times before I arrived at the hotel, and helped me upgrade the room. The hotel includes brunch. After having a buffet in the morning, I went to a nearby museum. The temperature just dropped in the past two days, and then I returned to the hotel to eat a small hot pot. The restaurant environment is elegant, and many young ladies should come to check in. When I left the hotel, the housekeeper also gave me croissants and butterfly cakes made by the hotel. The taste was also very good. It is currently the hotel with the best environment in Guizhou.

Thank you to the housekeeper Mia for her warm and considerate service, which made our stay at Anantara feel warm. The lady learned that it was the child's birthday and helped us upgrade the room, decorated the room and sent a small cake. She kept asking about our needs and reminding us of the hotel's activity time. The other staff of the hotel were also very nice, and the service can be regarded as the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The hotel is not big, but the indoor and outdoor scenery are very good. It should be more beautiful in spring and summer. The swimming pool is well heated and the water temperature is suitable. Children can also swim in winter. It is a good choice for those who want to take children to play in the water but are worried that the hot spring hotel is easy to get sick due to the large number of people. A small suggestion, the children's playground is relatively small. If the hotel has more children's recreational facilities, it should be more attractive to guests who have weekend tours around, especially parent-child tours, during the non-tourist peak season.

The best thing is the service is very good. It was very cold outside on a rainy day. When checking in, a bottle of preheated water was handed over, which was very warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also great 😎. I will stay at his place again next time.

I made a reservation in advance and upgraded the room at the front desk. The check-in and check-out at the front desk were very smooth. There was a happy birthday decoration in the room and a small cake. It was really thoughtful. Thank you so much! ! The view from the room was very good, and you could see the perfect night view of Jiaxiu Tower I didn't book the hotel breakfast because I came to Guiyang purely for food and travel. There were all kinds of delicious food downstairs. It was very close to the famous Minsheng Road and Caijia Street and all kinds of famous restaurants and coffee shops The bedding was good and comfortable, the TV could project the screen, the soap box in the shower was a bit bad, and the bathtub seemed to be leaking a bit. The toilet was very good, and the instant coffee in the mini bar was average

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The stay was very satisfactory, and the service was perfect. Ctrip members were given welcome fruits, the Chinese restaurant had exquisite ingredients and beautifully presented dishes, and it was very pleasant to invite my girlfriends to dine. The housekeeper Willie arranged the room for me in advance. The lounge breakfast had a good view, not many varieties but very fresh, Guizhou cuisine was crispy, and the rice noodles tasted very authentic. 100 points recommended.
